Hello everyone,
has anyone compared the tamron 45mm/1,8 to the nikkor 50mm/1,8G and might share his or her experiences?
I'm looking for one of these for my nikon D750, especially for portraits (human and animals (dogs, sheep, cats, horses,...)) and landscapes. I read a lot of reviews and actually I'm more into the tamron, but sample images just haven't "touched" me (yet?). I like sharp images with a beautiful bokeh and I'm just wondering which one would fit me best.
Maybe someone can help me with my decision? I'd be really happy to hear some opinions, thank you

A Nikon user has report issues on amazon.de. The Lens was tested on a Nikon D810. Sharpness and lightmetering was not okay. The user took pics in fully manual mode. Setting the focus and the light metering manually, The results were okay. He has a Nikon 50mm1.8 G which works flawless.
Personally I would tend to the 45mm, but I would not order it online. I would try out the lense in a shop.

I have both, but did not care to compare them side by side.
My impression is, these are both modern lenses with "modern" rendering, rather (too?) clean.
The Tamron is particularly good at night, and the stabilizer is a big bonus. Also, it's a sweet lens wide open, with excellent bokeh and moderate vignetting, so I'd say better than the Nikkor here.
