Pros: size and weight - cost -a ratio quality / price

Cons: non-APO-chromatic - position manual dial maf - built-in hood sliding too - hard to find - spare parts

Opinion: bought as second tele (I have already used a Sigma 400 Apo-Macro), if you appreciate the size and weight, although some details could be solved better - for example, the built-in hood (optimal solution) is too smooth and too easily fall while the dial maf falls right at the point where you should grip the lens, forcing actually unnatural to handle the anchor bracket to the tripod (obviously using this freehand) - the optical performance is far that despicable (even at full aperture) as long as you do not run into too sharp contrasts (the classic white object on a dark background), situations in which you may see the classic purple border around the edge of the subject (however, remedied the situation in PP) - it accepts the duplicator but in fact it works, with the necessary limits only on 1d series (Canon x) - l 'AF is not fast but acceptable - on 1d III for example, resulted Sigma + fast + but uncertain in critical condition with very little contrast (with identical sensitivity settingAF drive) - these should be considered as first impressions, follow shots and detailed evaluations + and let's not forget that this is a view that costs a ridiculous figure .... almost !!!
