sent on July 20, 2019 Pros: Already described by everyone, I share. Cons: Boh, if I'd said "it cost too much to new" , I would have discovered hot water... But quality pays off. Maybe a couple more megapixels, you know, would be convenient when you run like me, a stubborn donkey to use only fixed at weddings. Opinion: I wanted to buy a used at all costs: mine has almost 190,000 (one million nine hundred thousand) shots, aesthetically flawless, shutter replaced at 160,000 the first time!!! I'd say almost a world record. However, the dials do not mention imperfections, tyres in excellent condition. Perfect buttons. Slightly uncertain the focus in low light and low contrast conditions, but it is an old woman, to be praised anyway. No, it's not a sales announcement, but just the description of how a reflex, which cost a bang, has its justification in shouting: put me to the test, I'm as expensive as palladium but indestructible!!! For those who have not yet understood my judgment is that if necessary I will certainly change the shutter once again, and one more, but until there is better at an honest price, will stay with me, indeed thinking about it, I think will always stay with me. As any high-end reflex will give you the maximum of emotions, only with excellent Nikon Pro lenses, I do not talk about super canvases, I do not use them; Sigma art are amazing in mate. In particular the D4S amazes me every time for the results in extreme conditions and has improved the way I work, never goes wrong; If he makes a mistake, it's your fault. I forgot, paid 1300.00 euros, obviously used. I suggest: don't buy compatible duracell batteries, they don't last anything. Better the originals even if they cost like the dro... So much! Using low-level lenses the result does not go crazy. But still interesting. Maybe as standard I would suggest to propose on the flagships, straps suitable for weights that are usually high, if you combine it then with pro optics. The original one hurts after a while. I recommend, try it!! |
sent on March 29, 2019 Pros: All Cons: 16Mpixel Opinion: A few words I'm excited about this D4s ,you can quietly shoot at 10000 ISO and with PP pocco come out beautiful shots,up 6400 iso exceptional. Processed files, even seems to have more pixels. Autofocus not like my D850, but D4s is not a newer model! However, more than satisfactory for subjects even in flight (snaps easily). All commands in its place ,XQD very fast and many other things. Only thing I'd prefer a little megapixel more, but you can't have it all! Highly recommended since used price is abastanza lowered. |
sent on March 28, 2019 Pros: Robustness and feeling of reliability, performance in recovery, files not huge but very nice. At The moment they are about 350k with no problems. Cons: No Real. of Course, if you buy a D4s you should know what it's like to meet in terms of clutter and weights. Opinion: I put 9 and not 10 only for the autofocus, which undoubtedly is more performanant on D5/D500, especially in low light, for the rest is definitely a great machine. I Was one of many who waited for the D850 (having the D500) expecting, expecting, expecting... In Milan in 2017 in November I had the way to try the D850 and I had also liked (we would miss!) only that I was burning this endless expectation. Then, under Christmas, I go to a local store to see a D4 for a friend. She wanted to give inside her D3 and as far as I was concerned the car was in excellent condition, but the shopkeeper was pulling too much on the price. On the other hand it served me to make a comparison and leather I was better with the D4, so I started looking in the used until I found a D4s in Vicenza at a price I could afford (even cheaper than the D850), I went to see her , I liked it and I took it. Up to 8/10k is very clean, from 1600 to 3200 exceptional ISO. |
sent on March 13, 2018 Pros: File management, High ISO, AF speed, body solidity Cons: For now nothing, perhaps a little weight even if well balanced. Opinion: I recently bought this beautiful FF, what to say is a pleasure every time you shoot, a mistake a shot in the AF, the files are workable, I can afford not to think that the ISO car took me to 6400 as much 'image is clean the same, even when you roll the file holds very well, in short, I've never had a body FF that has given me all these satisfactions, and I only took a month or so, who knows in a year ... |
sent on January 14, 2018 Pros: Sensitivity, speed, tonal width. Cons: still nobody Opinion: Truly extraordinary. Beyond my expectations. Certainly not pocketable, but very ergonomic and (finally) the illuminated keys (yes, as in nokia 3310: D). If you accidentally shoot at 6400 instead of at 400 ISO and print 13x18 you probably will not notice anyone. The settings menu is very complete and allows customizations on each parameter. |
sent on July 18, 2017 Pros: Indestructible body, exposure meter, sensor, burst Cons: Cost, weight Opinion: I can only repeat what I have just written about the D4 review. "There is not much to say, it is an exceptional machine. Amazing aluminum and magnesium body, commands in the right place and, albeit illuminated, the ability to use both CF and fast XQD, galactic viewfinder, really handy grip, inexhaustible battery, shooting speed similar to a machine gun, shutter tested for 400,000 shots, excellent AF even with poor light, sensor designed for Mars (only 16 mpxl but snaps at 6400 ISO and looks like that's 400 ...) and so much so why buy one used with a few clicks today, in the year of grace 2017, can be one of the best deals for a loving cameraman or any professional. "I add that on D4s, af is still improved, that the sensor looks - albeit a little bit - more pixellated. Automatic white balance and ISO cars have reached superlative levels, matrix precision is now perfect, new bacteriamore powerful. All praise and no magagne? Well, no, unfortunately Mom nikon has signed us: before I take my I have tried a lot and there is not one, say one, which has the af tailed to the millimeter. Many do not notice it because they go out of their way by closing at f8 or higher, or because they are of good mouth and content themselves, but such a measuring instrument can not work that way. And then there's only a TA calibration (but wait for 15-point corrections) or, better, rally the AF group into assistance. I had all the Nikon FX and I especially enjoyed the DF's lightness and the unparalleled beauty of the files produced by the D810, but the D4s is a step above all, its balance is proverbial, in my opinion it's the ultimate machine. .. NOTICE: The writer is not an influencer or a guru, nor does one who downloads other images from the network to impute unlikely improvisations. I'm just about forty'years a passionate nikonist of photography and photographic material and my opinion is not gospel, but only the result of empirical experience. The objects I write really buy them, I play a few months and if I do not like them, but always and in any case of material at the moment in my possession. I do not make the copy paste of reviews taken here and there on the net, if I'm talking about an item it's just and because I had in the house the time it took (at least months) to try to figure it out. I often go against current, but this does not take my sleep, as far as possible I try to help young aspiring photographers who give a weight to their savings. But, I repeat, I do not bring the verb ... |
sent on July 04, 2017 Pros: Operating Speed, FPS, Autofocus, XQD Slots, Building, File Quality Cons: Price also in used, shooting noise! Opinion: I took it as second body to side the D5. The quality of the files that it sucks is excellent, with the robustness that the nails can plant in the wall. Lightweight, very workable but excellent quality is the non plus ultra for sports, nature, wedding, concerts. The high iso hold is monstrous and the autofocus does not mistake a shot. The cost also in the used is kept high, but it is the only rival in the Nikon D5 home! Noisyer than the D5 looks like a minigun! |
sent on May 05, 2017 Pros: Construction, AF, ergonomics, file quality, speed Cons: Nobody Opinion: Excellent machine, a flagship lady who adapts to everything. great body, built in Japan, with each button at the right place. Among the advantages definitely its speed, resistance to high ISO, AF speed, the dynamic range, the quality of the sensor that despite having 'only' 16mpx churns exciting file. Little to add a flagship is always a flagship ... if you claim as this machine gives back what we seek. |
sent on February 25, 2017 Pros: Construction, AF, ergonomics, image quality. Cons: Wear grip tires. Opinion: exceptional car, if in the process of recovery will make things right pulls out files perfect without having to waste time in post-production. Excellent yield to high iso, operating speed and robustness are its forte. The only drawback are the tires that cover the aparecchio, as in all professional Nikon over time tend to be longer and unstuck ... amazing that they have not yet found a remedy. |
sent on November 15, 2014 Pros: Efficiency autofocus much more powerful D3S and D4 !! sensitivity at high ISO really rocks! Cons: price much higher in Italy !!! and not compatible with some CF as the new kingston from 32giga !! Opinion: I found a body in a very fast shooting performance for sports photography with AF-S lenses last generation is very satisfying !! at high ISO allows you to shoot almost in the dark, giving great advantages when shooting freehand !! White balance infallible even in critical conditions. Excellent also the exterior trim with illuminated buttons and shortcuts. An absolute benchmark in professional photography. |
sent on March 28, 2014 Pros: Autofocus improved by at least 30%, very easy system to groups for more accurate autofocus, burst improved and more precise, automatic white balance superb and precise even at high ISO, metering improved meccamismo mirror and shutter improved (quiet shutter-release improved.) The video I have not tested, but those who did gave positive opinions, even as regards the recording in full HD and ability to adjust the microphone menu.rn Cons: For my taste I would have preferred a dual XQD slots that I think the most reliable, but I must admit that I'm fine even with dual-slot system which includes a CF.Al only this time, if there will be updates will write! Opinion: Body extraordinary machine. It was already the D4 but this update has me colpito.Il automatic white balance is perfect until even at high ISO, while maintaining detail and colors! Autofocus stupendo.Soddisfatto! RNLA measurement matrix has improved a lot and now can detect faces under scatto.rnAnche the new battery has a battery charger and the new high school was riprogettato.rnrnIl sensor seems to be new and redesigned! |
