Pros: Robust, precise

Cons: clutch, rubber knob tightening

Opinion: I write this review after 1 year of use, I find that the clutch often and willingly self-screws and when all screwed you have to be lucky enough to find a coin in your pocket to unlock it because it is difficult to unlock only with the use of your finger or nail. In addition to this, over time the rubber that covers the clamping knob softens becoming very unpleasant losing the grip with the metal part. Head changed by the exasperation of these negative sides.

Pros: Robust and well-made, with a sense of practicality and precision in orientation.

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Arrived in just 2 Gioni with courier, perfectly packaged and with all the accessories provided including special case for when not used. Not yet used but by its appearance and finishes, by simple but well-frated adjustments, inspires to be built for professional use. Very satisfied of the purchase.

Pros: Solid, reliable and well built. Capacity 15 Kg.

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Taken on Amazon the Genesis A3 tripod that has this head included. All at €119. What about, a magnificent product to say the least. Genesis produces Excellencies at very, very competitive prices. I also own the elder sister BH 40, on a second tripod, which has a capacity of 30 kg. You can load any equipment and it doesn't make a fold. They are high quality products and highly recommended. Competition offers much less to so much more. The Genesis products are polish and their commercial policy is to produce high quality at affordable prices, so as to conquer large market slices. Good for those who buy. Vote 10 and praise.

Pros: solidity, stability, reliability, value for money, weight, ease of use.

Cons: none detectable so far

Opinion: I took it with the Triopo ME-3228X8C and lately I also use it on the Gorillapod (it's my only tripod head): a really great ball head! The fixation is very solid, used (at most weight) with the 6DMarkII and a 70-200 f4 IS (total 1.5kg) and does not move by half a millimeter. You could safely mount up to 6/7 kg (the 15 declared in the specifications in my opinion are exaggerated). The merit of this head is that with a rather low expense you have an object that holds you large weights even off-center (I refer for example to a 1kg body with a canvas of 25cm and 2/3 kg). Then, if the whole thing is also stable it is to be seen: it is clear that if a canvas has the ring bracket it is always better to use that! But it must be said that the head would still hold the load, net of the wrong use that one can make it. What I can directly testify to is that with a light canvas like a Canon 70-200 f4 has no displacement whatsoever, and holds well. I'd buy it back for sure!
