Pros: A tank now very cheap, with excellent AF

Cons: Nothing

Opinion: I took it together with the 300mm F/4 non-IS because I needed a combo for occasional use in oasis - creating a similar combo with my ML Olympus would have cost me a kidney and anyway the AF of my EM1 Mark I is not up to par, while this old aunt I took it used for € 200 and once the settings were adapted to my tastes churns out JPG almost perfect - the Juza card says not tropicalized but I think it is a typo - the AF is great in general, and good enough for the BIF too - I took shots at 3200 ISO and they don't seem bad at all - the battery lasts a lot of time and shots

Pros: All

Cons: Nothing, given the age

Opinion: An APSC with the same characteristics as a Full Frame, acquires light like a Full Frame and makes spectacular photos, obviously they must be able to expose and with the right optics. It digests any lens, but prefers, of course, the L series lenses or the fixed, even with the 50 and 24 STM you will be able to bring excellent shots. It does not hold up to who knows how many ISO, but given the age, the mpx and the APSC sensor can be there. Bought in 2020 for less than 300 euros, it gave me only satisfaction, when the photo is exposed well it does not need a post. A tip for all those who have doubts about whether to buy it or not in 2023, obviously yes, buy it, with your eyes closed, you will not regret it at all, as long as you bang your head to learn how to use it, understand it and master it, I would buy it again finally times ... I close by saying that I used it for Street, Sports Photo, Portraiture, Reportage, Weddings, Baptisms, Confirmations, I have never disappointed the photo is always perfect (always remaining to the fact of knowing it, as mentioned before). I can't express an opinion for the video department since I've never tried. There is to pay attention with low quality fixed optics, because isto the pixel density of the sensor, it creates microcosm, that's why you have to learn to use it and bang your head, because it is a moment that channel the photo and you will notice it only on the computer.

Pros: Body "indestructible" or almost, current price, excellent quality materials, great solidity, ergonomics, infinite battery, AF good if with high-end lenses, very comfortable menu and joystick, vecloità ok.

Cons: Age (perhaps), dated sensor, noise at high ISO, light management and aberration (all this depends on which lenses you use).

Opinion: AN OLD FLAGSHIP THAT IN 2023 IF USED CORRECTLY AND WITH SUITABLE LENSES (pro or almost pro-band) will give SATISFACTION! I've owned it for 4 years now... Socket used in mid-2019 approx. at a great price, as soon as I picked up for the first time I immediately noticed the quality of the materials CLEARLY superior to the d3400 I had before. A pro of 2009, which despite the age, and the noise at high ISO but there can acnhe stand given the age and all that has passed (at least mine), if you know how to use it brings home excellent shots and obviously with suitable lenses! So high-end or top lenses. I'm not going to go into technical details and tell all my experiences since otherwise I would not finish anymore. CONCLUSIONS: -It has given and still gives great satisfaction even today (obvious in its limits ..) -FINAL VOTE I would say 7 and a half deserved!

Pros: Semi pro used with beautiful lenses take home some nice shots

Cons: You have to know how to use it

Opinion: To learn how to take pictures and an excellent body to use with lenses pro releases excellent shots is not very fast compared to a 1dx and solid works well in the right contexts of use and light if you criticize it and because you have not understood some things about photography to make beautiful photos you do not always have to have a pro if you know its limits bring home the right shots

Pros: A modified 5D II, therefore a robust and reliable tank, apsc sensor, dual processor, pop-up flash, burst, infinite battery. Still current and performing

Cons: Because of the type of photography I do, I can't find any

Opinion: Given away the kit 5D III, 70-200 f4 and 24-105, due to tendinitis in the shoulder, I switched to Sony A7II, given away immediately because I prefer to have a REFLEX in my hand. I tried a 7D with 18-135 kit enticed by the pop-up flash and since then I use only this, paid 300 euros including 18-135. Going from 5D III to this, is like going from a comfortable 2000CC sedan to a 1300CC prepared for the track, so you have to use it properly and take a little hand. I don't know how the hell they did it in Canon, but it captures light like an FF. The integrated flash, short, but also at medium distance, does not regret the sled flash. The crop factor for me is not a problem (on the contrary). I think I managed to find the right car for me. I still have to try it with L series lenses, but for the photography I do, without qualitative pretensions, at the moment it suits me.

Pros: pro body, burst, AF, viewfinder, joystick, first Canon SLR with auto ISO in M working

Cons: sensor inevitably outdated, no articulated screen & touch, live view contrast pre Dual Pixel, no exposure compensation with auto ISO in M.

Opinion: Does it make sense to buy a 7d in 2021? I switched to this old woman after trying the newcomer Sigma 150-600mm C on the M5: excellent machine in general, it is unsuitable for fast shots in which to seize the fleeting moment, a bit because of the viewfinder (not bad in itself, but the blackout is quite long with moving subjects) but mainly for the continuous af absolutely unreliable and inconsistent regardless of the mounted optics. The 7d attracted me with the ridiculous price, the pro body (both as controls / grip and as quality of materials) and an autofocus that, although not at the pace of the last ml, seemed to be more than enough for my needs. I immediately put my hands forward saying that in these characteristics the 7D does not disappoint: it is true, it lacks the tilt and touch screen of the descendants, but even with only the physical controls (including the excellent joystick) this body is comfortable and the response is always ready. The ovf is huge and a pleasure to use, the burst fast and "substantial" (about 20-24 raw at 8 shots per second, with a modern cf) and flanked by an af able to do it justice, even if every now and then there is some shot mysteriously out of focus. Unfortunately, after trying this camera returning to the M5 is really difficult, what previously seemed to me a great body now in comparison is little more than a toy for quality of materials and many details (shutter noise, main ring of the M for me indecent, as written reactivity, grip, battery life,...) small taken alone, but that all together for me weigh a lot on the experience of use. They weigh so much that I decided to continue using the 7d by turning a blind eye to the poor 18mpx sensor, which for giddì and noise can not compete with its younger descendants. a note on the subject: while for the dynamic range nothing can be done, for the noise are now available denoise softwares based on AI that I do not say fill the gap with recent sensors, but that guarantee a huge boost to the quality of the images, practically solving the problem of noise related to high ISO. Even the dreaded banding can be treated effectively with RawTherapee, even if the carefree shadow recoveries to which we have become accustomed in recent years remain impossible. So, back to the initial question... recommended or not? Compromises are there and they are important. But knowing them and seeing the ridiculous price of this old pro (about 250 euros), in my opinion you will hardly be disappointed.

Pros: Everything I've read around good

Cons: I still don't know, for now I've used it little

Opinion: This summer I broke the old 20D (because of me); on holiday then suddenly while I was in Ponte di Legno and I was photographing the central square I broke the mirror of the 5D Mk1 and it is not repairable because there are no spare parts unless they told me to the laboratory where I took it, you do not understand another machine to take the pieces ... So I went looking for a good camera that was also used and to spend the right, and after seeing several models on the net and reading everything and more, thanks to your reviews and the photos that you have published on this site that I have been following for some years now (although I have never written anything even if I have several things reviewed here), I convinced myself, and I started looking for a 7D and found it from RCE Perfect photo equal to the new with 1800 verified shots at € 400. I made the payment on October 27th and the next day I got it. Original box, complete with all accessories, instructions, CDs, and shoulder strap still packed and never opened. The immaculate body, not even a little segnetto anywhere. The machine in hand grips perfectly and gives you that sense of solidity that I found in 5D. Excellent various focus modes and exceptional burst. I paired them with the 18-200 EF-S and also tried it with the 40mm STM f/2.8 and the 50mm STM f/1.8. I haven't used it much yet but those few photos I took fully satisfied me as well as the machine. Really satisfied!

Pros: He's 10 years old but he's always current. The most successful apsc ever made !

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: I've owned it for 10 years, I fell in love with it right away. Exceptional focus, low disturbance at high ISOs. Great gust . In addition to the Canons I installed Tamron and Sigma lenses, digests everything. Zoom, super Zoom, keeps the colors wonderful and doesn't suffer anything in the focus. A machine that always makes you say "I guessed to buy it", makes you want to use it all the time and it is not common after ten years. Never a magician. When we talk to enthusiasts and even professionals, everyone agrees that it was a very successful model; In fact, it still has an honourable market today! P. S. The battery is still the original one from 2009 and is fine to this day.

Pros: The only real professional in APSC format. Great machine.

Cons: No one, not even the age that is indeed a value for you to find it at 300 euros put still well.

Opinion: Use is I used series 1, series 5 and, on apsc, before the 7D a 60D. At today's price, the 7D is perfection. Professional machine you can do anything you want. If you work with canvases it becomes essential. I also used it with the 24 stm pancake and also in the landscapes says its. Read: "Give the best of itself with L-series canon optics", as well as being an obvious applies to any Canon reflex. If you find it used, buy it without delay whatever the optics in your possession. You won't be disappointed. Camera from 10!

Pros: Robustness, burst, Af points

Cons: Nobody

Opinion: Passionate about the world of "plane spotting" I decided to buy a used reflex, this time from Canon (never more Nikon). Then I also dedicate myself to sports photography, with the help of many users I realized that the 7D has everything that is needed for me: points of MAF, 8 fps, and finally, the robustness. I had the pleasure of trying it out in Malpensa, and I was pleasantly impressed by the performance of the machine, it seems to have a FF in my hand. Pleasant all in all to keep on the back, I consider it an intuitive machine, robust, and pleasant to hear work: the sound it emits is pure poetry. To be 2009, in my humble opinion, is direct competitor of other more modern machines. Although the sensor is ancient, having ISOs in third parties and not in means makes the sensor work better. Very happy with the purchase, I recommend it to all of you.

Pros: When you hold it in your hand, you realize what a real prosumer must be like... as well as with the d300 nikon. they don't do that anymore. buy it if you can. to give you an idea of what an 80d in your hand is and this. the 80d will look like a plastic toy. as well as the d7000 that I also had ... they are personal experiences... two processors that compared to the 60d I owned in the same period seemed to compare a 530d bmw series with a 400 hp m5. especially with the live view. who tells you it's not fast ... especially with the live view then you don't have to be a photographer. and buy yourself a compact.. because it has too many expectations.

Cons: autofocus at disastrous stage with cheap optics. to say the least... this wanted optics of a certain value at the light level. at least 2.8. with the stm you conclude something good in terms of quality. but with autofocus you were punching. sensor full of dead pixels when used for video continuously.... without the possibility of a solution if you do not send it to the service room that simply turns them off. was the reason why I traded it for an eos m3.

Opinion: a tank... I know colleagues who did maintenance to specimens with over 700,000 shots without yet touching the shutter. was tropicalized from head to toe. better than the second version I have in the house disassembled because it took water during a snowfall... If you use L-series optics or cannons like those of football matches take one with your eyes closed... I of 60 machine owned bodies bought broken or new ... and then repaired ... etc., etc. is the one I regret the most. Believe me.. I used to fight for autofocus. then I realized that I'm as poor as the m... I mistook it for a new eos m3. and I held my 60d. isos up to 6400 were very usable. and if someone complains about the noisy photos and then use them right on facebook. advise them to find a girlfriend.... or something like that. as long as they mate later. and let off sit. I printed a book with photos all at iso 4000 or 6400 ... with that sensor. and it's magnificent despite the years. the live view compared to the 60d sister. it was lightning to the point that in case of important and unrepeatable photos I used it as a mirrorless . sure he wasn't wrong a shot... with the 10-18 stm was a blast. and with the engine stm a lightning with the autofocus in always live ... the weight just wonderful. the only real problem that no one mentioned before ... were the dead pixels. many sold are taken from hours and hours of video. and that was the real problem.... mine had 8000 shots. but on the raw you couldn't watch. then I realized that whoever sold it to me only used it for that... Too bad.. before you buy one, send a 10-second closed cap raw to 1600 iso. noise reductions.

Pros: Ergonomics, rapid, beautiful also aesthetically, rapid and precise AF, Video.

Cons: Noise, useless if you talk to pull out the shadows in post production, AF in Live View very slow (note that it is of 2009), No SERVO af in video.

Opinion: Very respectable machine, a camera that made me think of the history of reduced-size professional machines. The 7d still in 2019 gives great results. To talk about Live View, well what about. The live view itself is great but the focus via sensor, well I by several problems with its slowness but it is accurate to 90%, I use it often because of a Sigma lens that does not work properly with the AF in Reflex mode. To talk about noise here I would like to clarify that the noise that has at high ISO and just for a car of its time, even perhaps too much, but when you palra post production you can not do anything. In case you have a picture where you have a dark area; Illuminating the shadow area means ruining only the photo. The problem is that the sensor of all 7d has the problem of creating vertical strips on the sensor in dark areas and this makes it annoying to see. As a photo camera like birdlife and wildlife what about... just respect for this beast!

Pros: Machine with Final price value

Cons: Niche machine

Opinion: This is a professional machine that costs like a low end compact. It is now at €300 in good condition that you can mistreat. AF very fast, good level burst, nice sturdy to endure even truly SAIC Treatments. The machine is tropicalized even if Juza says No. Unfortunately all this is paid with an inability to repair files come out Bad. If you cannate the shot you throw it. Not that Canon gets used to its customers at decent sensors, but this is even worse. If instead the shot is thought as it should and balanced in exposure, the result will be TOP. 18MPX also for an aps-c I think are the limit to withstand decent ISO (except the mythical Nikon d500). In essence this is a machine for professionals or however experts who need a body to do photographic hunting or sports in very poor Condition. Having paid then €300 we say that it will make us feel less bad if we ruin it. Personally I bought it just for this, so keep my beautiful Sony at home away from the weather, and throw me in the forest to hunt or on the sidelines with this 7d. If you are amateurs do not buy it, you will not do anything, it is not a machine handyman and you risk throwing money.

Pros: Af, burst, joystick, robustness, operating speed

Cons: For the camera type none real but it's not for everyone, I've encountered a little precise AWB and the AF should be able to tame along with the sensor. The dynamic range is from (old) canon, little!

Opinion: Bought in conjunction with a 6d, despite being a machine of 2009 still churf out beautiful files even if with a FF uploads to other results. It is a point of arrival, a neocyte you could only collide and lose, the AF must be understood and learned the manual by heart to set it as it should, the sensor is the really difficult part. It tends to be exposed every photo to the right, the recovery has it but you always have to overexpose a bit, also it is noisy and contrased of its, if you want a photo really clean a minimum of NR with Lightroom always goes, however I brought home great shots at 3200 ISO , knowing how to exhibit is fine but... Do not forgive! But well aware of its characteristics is a tireless means that always brings home the result, still deserves to be chosen today.

Pros: Great reflex, robust, although jusaphoto says it is not tropicalized, the booklet says the opposite.

Cons: No counter.

Opinion: I bought the 7D just out, I did just 2400 shots, including a trip to Foz de iGUAÇU`, a terrible day, water of the waterfall, wind, rain, but the 7D shoots still photos and as I said above even if the JUZPHOTO says which is not tropicalized on that occasion has proved the opposite. I was thinking of changing it with a more sophisticated model, such as the 70D or 80D, but a bit of the other's judgment on the latter models, then the 7D did a few clicks and did not give me any problems, in short, I keep it! I do not do it, I do not use WI-FI, I love the picture forever and I've always had Canon, that I change it!

Pros: Rugged Body, Built-in Flash (Guide Equivalent to Flash Equipped with Eos M), Live View, Video, F8 Focus (Live View Only)

Cons: Noise

Opinion: I have this beauty for at least 5 years. I used it mainly in sports photography, when it needed the burst and the result, in conjunction with the 5dmk3. It is especially recommended on distance. Its features are amazing: one on all, the AF variation depending on the shooting mode, the landscape, or the two portraits (three in total). Its problem is a 18-second non-optimized sensor as in later versions. The secret to overcoming low noise noise lies in trying to take ISO 160, not 100 ISO. Obviously it does not make miracles, but does not even make the 7Dmk2. RnThe video side actually in closed places is not so different from a FF. Obviously it would be beneficial with a bright, fixed lens. Being second body instead tends to put on an economic goal. We learn to distinguish the obsolescence of the machine from certain choices that in particular contexts are wrong. It is in competition with the 6d, although they are different machines for some aspects (sensor, burst) because%26eacute; They have a similar list and portability. Its devaluation, begun in 2014 with the model replacing it, will have a sharp acceleration with the new 6d.rnAnche for this (the ridiculous price) is becoming an indispensable machine.

Pros: The machine perfect APSC around in the daylight photography (although starting to show the side due to age)

Cons: nothing for me, always considering who is 10 years old and is still able to give much pleasure

Opinion: It states: Use this beast on the track, photographer from 9 to 18/19, and good light situations (when cloudy) / good (sunny days) .rnLa'm scramble for good, and never shows his side. The ergonomics are perfect (considering that photographer with dual kit, canon to use work, leisure nikon) and I never find difficulty in -ricche and complete settings for any wherever required, perfect autofocus, burst gorgeous, with the right CF the write speed is remarkable. Sometimes iso medium to high use (1250-1600) even during the day, and if well exposed, does not show the annoying noise that instead clearly shows in the case of underexposure / night photograph. Also Use 80d and 6d, and this is what gives me the feeling of solidity and security that the others do not give me (especially the 80d, which used together with the 7D looks like a toy in everything, even in the shutter sound -you made amends for qi-). Ultimately, it is 400euro for a tank to have, maybe insieme to a 300/4 or 400 / 5.6 (if not more optical emblazoned)

Pros: operating speed, Autofocus, ergonomics and robustness of the machine body

Cons: Noise at high ISO sensitivity if not used properly

Opinion: I got this used car last year because I need a second body that had the APS-C sensor (before this I used a EOS40D, which still have). I paid little with only 3000 shots and in A + condition, not a scratch, practically new. I have read all the colors on this 7D, but I had match funding to take an upper body and then I decided to buy it anyway. The camera body has without a doubt an excellent construction, is very robust, and fits perfectly in your hand; all commands and functions are Canon EOS-style, so no problem of adaptation (I also have a 5D3 which has, of course, much more complex menu). I've always used for sports photography (MotoGP), and the AF system AIServo mode I have never betrayed, hooks and always follow without delay; has "only" 19 focus points, but for my use is more than enough. The flurry of 8fps helps a lot and the buffer is large enough. Very goodrear display, quite resolute and clear. With regard to image quality, I think broadly enough. Shooting mostly in jpeg, and files (with a few small on camera settings) are very good, with nice saturated colors. The 7D is a camera, however, not easy ... we speak of a sensor 18mpx "difficult" to manage. It suffers a bit in the recovery of the shadows where, if not exposed properly, you are likely to come up with a little noise, but this is nothing new for this camera. Since, however, the best with optical gauge, where you really expresses at best, and for important optical, I refer mainly to the L series of Canon. With these glasses both the speed and the focus precision, that the overall quality of the images quite salt, compared to a lower-end optics. rnHo fact noticed that the quality of the photos with the 7D is very influenced by the precision of focus, and the inconstancy AF di some optical (especially third-party) are the main cause of the many problems that you feel, rightly speak. I advise you to carefully check the calibration of their waves lenses avoid starting to pull down the whole calendar! RnrnLa file quality is very good up to 1600iso, in addition to be very careful to exhibit. This sensor, unfortunately, suffers much noise at high sensibilità.rnL'autonomia is more or less similar to my other cameras Canon.rnIn conclusion I believe that, if used properly, and knowing the limits, the 7D is a great camera, that it can give no little satisfaction. Every time I hold in my hand is a large flea soddisfazione.rnrnCon the prices we will take home an excellent solution for both start taking pictures, both for the advanced amateur photographers / Professionita wishing lighthouse a step forward.

Pros: Speed, accuracy, image quality

Cons: For now nothing

Opinion: I took the car used with about 8000 shots, and it's us that have been lucky, but my copy is just like a bomb. I have not stressed, but I think it means a very good ...... the only flaw, I seem to have a tendency to overexpose, looking iso ......... I tried to shoot at iSO 1600 and I came very beautiful photos ........ coming from a 40D the jump is remarkable (I knew it before) but so much I did not believe their own

Pros: camera body, robustness, practicality and customization controls, operating speed and autofocus, battery life, and do not forget the value for money

Cons: machine that requires good optics and a bit 'of practice before you can use it with satisfaction ...

Opinion: I own this car for about a year and a half, I have to admit that many times I did get hurt and many times gave me great satisfaction, however satisfaction remains on the fact that account is taken of having a aps-c of 2009 still has little to envy to the latest releases when you consider the price almost FF new and not exactly proportional relationship between age and progress ... the real boom has been done between 2007 and 2010, then the improvements went very end up on video quality, wifi, screens "rolling" and other "side dishes" that I ultimately affect poco.rnIn is a very good amateur camera: autofocus is also outstanding in low light, the flurry allows us to capture the best shots in actions, practical and customizable controls allow you to change the settings in a flash when there is little time to lose, the weight and the handle allow you to have stability in the shot freehand, not to mention the camera body which it is a "Ira medieval weapon "bomb-proof ... then if you need to make videos if necessary allows you to make good shots (personally I happened 1 time only); defects would do precisely the dense sensor that unless you are not careful you risk the shake-that does just angry, but the real defects are mostly a subjective thing depending on your taste, for me it has a few ... still holds up well the second-price in case you wanted to give away if you really are unable to digest the "defects" .rnL'argomento high ISO is useless when you consider that it is a aps-c, as a stop over stop unless it can be said that the 7D if you use it properly with good exposure and good optics gives you some decent shots with a little 'of PP even at 6400 ISO if you just can not help it. the important thing is to know well the limits of the machinery, its defects, its merits and make a lot of practice to get good results ... rnSe could change it with a FF, the aps-c still does not mi have so much throat ...

Pros: Camera body, operating speed, AF system, battery life

Cons: Sensor, sensor, sensor, meter

Opinion: I had the 7d for three years, among the many joys and sorrows, mainly used for spotting and photo hunting combined with Canon 100-400. Immediately, coming from 40d, I hit the Af system, difficult to tame but that can give satisfaction, the operating speed and burst "type machine gun" ... but at the same time, also having the 5d2 for comparison, did I puzzled yields photos that churns this APSC Canon. Far be it from me to want to compare to a FF but here we are waaay but very distant. Noisy even at low ISO, if only we dare to make a minimum recovery I am pain. It happened sometimes having to lighten the belly of the aircraft and were always aches and somersaults in Ps to avoid seeing just noise and little detail. I not really know if it was my copy perticolarmente not lucky, but on equal terms than 40d and 5d tended to underexpose slightly (I should therefore always sovraesppore or offset) and during the flurry was often tantrums (cali vistosidi speed and precision AF) . In the end I could not wait to get rid of ... I will andro now fixed and most of the time I left home preferrendogli the 5D (which is not lightning operationally speaking ...) but essermene freed took me a burden. Too bad because he had another sensor ... it would still be by my side.

Pros: Sharpness, gust speed, focus with its options, 100% viewfinder, price, construction

Cons: Yield over ISO 1000

Opinion: I sold 60D to move to the 7D. In theory these two cameras should have the same sensor (?) But I would not be at all certain or better believe that there are "boundary conditions" that make it preferable to give up and especially the sharpness of the picture of the 7D, that arise as well as less noisy sharper until 1000 iSO. After that actually value your pictures are too noisy in my opinion (the limit on the 60D is even lower around ISO 500). In any case the current price second-choice does not arise: you buy without a doubt the 7D (paid 499 euro with original battery grip). The focus options and the speed of the same is remarkable but requires a bit 'of experience and testing to get the hang (still find blogs / forums that can help you out on how to best set the AF in several occasions). There is nothing incomprehensible or impossible to understand in any case. The burst speed (just the sound of '; Shutter, in comparison to the 60D looks almost like a toy) it is something awesome for those coming from the low-end SLR or superior design age and can, not only in sports photography, to unleash the imagination of the photographer. The construction is excellent, better than the 60D, and closer to that of the previous XXD series (eg 30D). Do not underestimate either the viewfinder 100% that allows to always know what you are photographing and therefore facilitates precise compositions. A sensor and such a machine, you can easily define professional, certainly deserve the level optics. A budget which I quote (not just because the have "struggled" I purchased, but also because views on other kits) to match the 7D (always in the vein of the report / quality price to be used) is definitely the EF-S F / 2.8 and EF 17-55mm F / 2.8 70-200mm L. Two goals that allow you to take off much satisfaction and churn out crisp and fileslla realistic color rendering virtually ready for conversion to .JPG and .TIFF. If then you have a chance not deprive at least a fixed number of optical L Canon (35 mm F / 1.4 or 50 mm F / 1.2). In short, the 7D is: fast, with very sharp photographic performance, robust and affordable, so I recommend it.

Pros: Robust body, reactivity of AF, burst, if you know how to use produces excellent file

Cons: Made at high ISO than 800/1000 noise is felt ....

Opinion: I own this car for nearly five years ..... For me a real good spot APSC professional. It is very capricious but once it happens not soft anymore. I made a small photo in the desert during sandstorm in the sea water pools on the whole body in fact has seen ..... A few months ago I took Room servis for a general check my surprise everything was ok I think it is among (if not the only) the APSC best on the market. Until a few years ago the review were striking (just look to Juza ..) now with mark2 and other models seems to have become a half ciofeche ...... For me all mental blowjobs .. !! Surely you must know how to use, do not forget that two processors one dedicated only to making kelp! So well-tuned and with a little experience does not disappoint, personally I have never betrayed! It requires optical bune possibly L series I recently used for the photo hunting combined with a Canon 400 5.6 seems to be born for each altra.rnNon stra can only recommend this machine to the condition that those who use it get inhead must understand is that it is one of those photographers who like to be him to decide everything if you plan to use it as a normal APSC forget it!

Pros: AF module, burst, quality of image, quality / price ratio

Cons: Noise at ISO is not very high, dense sensor that facilitates the shake-

Opinion: I've had it for almost a year and after the first releases exploited to gain confidence (I was from 1000d) I can say that is a very good car. Purchased used here on Juza always gives satisfaction and with some care (eg overexpose always) you can trust with your eyes closed. For the price that I do not think there are bodies in the used car can return the same qualitá.rnA my opinion AF module is not difficult to set as I often read around (as long as you carefully read the manual and other practical guides easily retrievable on the web), and does not miss a colpo.rnPer the use that I do I shoot almost always between 1/200 and 1/80 the risk of camera shake due to dense sensor is quite important but with a bit of training you benissimo.rnNegli uses continuous shots misses very little although I think to pair with lenses of a certain level is quite importante.rnSe you overexpose a bit 'and then recover a bit' the lights in pp I would say that most of the problems of shadows risolve.rnLa you cambierei perhaps only if I go to FF (but the format aps-c has its advantages).

Pros: construction megapixel

Cons: none for the price that is used in

Opinion: purchased in 2014 400eu I would say it's worth the expense. Excellent quality / price ratio. At high ISO it is worse than 5d old but much better than the 50d from 400 upwards. I made many tests and I would say that is better than 50d 7d to ISO 100. In the landscapes is phenomenal thanks to 18mpx. E 'was distraught after the firmware upgrade for the better, clearer photos, more detailed. I think the aps-c with the best price-quality ratio in 2015 after the release of 7d mII, I would say that if the plays with the 50d. If you are undecided between the two I would say of the 50d to acquire 300eu or 7d to 420, both are valid, I do not consider the 60d because the price you would take is the 7d directly.

Pros: customization AF, AF fast and even in the dark, ergonomics, control external flash, adjustable to 100%,

Cons: noisy above 1250

Opinion: I really found very few times problems with focus and in situations of extreme darkness. It has a focus fast worthy of a higher-end machine of the APS-C. I was a little 'disappointed by the resistance at high ISO, frankly I expected something better from a high-end. The noise begins to feel slightly to 800 in 1600. Opinion: 7Achille ...? Sure! It is a aps-c with a double sensor very dense! But a camera like that, if it were a full-frame, would cost much more than a 5d mark III. Straconsigliata. 9.5 rating.

Pros: Machine Body Fantastic, Ergonomics, Commands, Functions, Tropicalisation, Robustness, Duration, Aesthetics, Form AF, AF Customizing, 100% viewfinder, Gust, Quality materials, FullHD video, access to menus

Cons: Performance above 2000 ISO, sensor dense (but quality), incisiveness files at high ISO, sensor APS-C and FF (otherwise it would have been TOP)

Opinion: A wonderful machine, a real tank with emotions and performance leader.rnHa replaced my first SLR (EOS 600D), from which it inherits a similar sensor but otherwise we are on another world (something obviously different reflex band) .rnAl touch is fantastic: rugged and tropical conditions, ergonomically perfect, mechanically flawless: gripping it seems my MK2, with commands and functions very simili.rnLe two cars actually look identical at first glance, of course apart from the AF sensor and f, respectively complementary between the two models, which together form a pairing pazzesca.rnE 'robust but easy to handle, perfect for my hands without the need for BG. The controls are quick and intuitive, the viewfinder is great (really seems to be "in the scene"), the AF module is thrilling in every situation, with avalanches of settings and customizations (which I am discovering little by little) .rnLa flurry is very high (with 8fps you can photograph of all) and the file it generates is very good, but obviously not at the level of5D2 (comparison in favor of FF) .rnIl file 5d2 is perfectly usable up to ISO 5000, in 6400 still great and workable; the file of the 7D comes to max 3200 workable, well need a lot of post-production to get results buoni.rnSi can get best results shooting in mRAW with less noise, a covenant not to crop the file, and using the very comfortable surroundings of ISO (essential ) .rnSpecifico that the 7D has a sensor different from 60d and 600d, as I confirmed my friend who works for Conon and had the opportunity to talk to an engineer: every SLR Canon has a different sensor apparently; yield much suoeriore of 7d at high iso it is proof palese.rnIn couple with 5D2 with emotions, and today the exit of 7D2, has an affordable price and is in excellent condition and with a file still present, as well as performance that offers: an APS-C performance really elevate.rnrn

Pros: ergonomics, durability, convenience, completeness, scope, burst, autofocus (with joystick), the viewfinder ... pretty much everything

Cons: nonexistent dynamic range, difficult or impossible to recover shadows, difficulties in processing the files, weight (but is often also a virtue)

Opinion: I possess more than three years, nearly 25,000 shots together (mostly landscapes) and very little to recriminarle. snow, sand, salt and fresh water, brought in every situation and temperature from one extreme to use a purely tourist use has really always been a unique machine. Rugged, ergonomic and practical, rapid selection of the focus points with the joystick; the thinking body allows handheld shooting up to 120 times in the second, also with hand does not stop, the ISO 1600-2000 can also be used in jpg make this even more possible, but are also useful in other situations when shooting in 30 seconds, but having much treat post. The barrage is spectacular for sport or creative photos. being a professional body must be able to use and appreciate the gifts on Raw is a must, used in jpg truly expresses a small part of its potential, the classic car to buy, put in manual and not shoot more otherwise. I personally have made the direct jump bridge - 7D without having to una entry level to avoid to return the body after a while, I had no trouble making the jump starting immediately with the idea to use it immediately in manual and with the passage of time, I appreciate more and more get to know both its limitations and his great potenzialità.rnUnico large mole compared to more modern bodies is the severe shortage of adequate dynamic range, making it very difficult or impossible to recover shadows and imposing very often use for HDR shots with uneven lighting across the scene.

Pros: Build quality. The double digit 4 processor, excellent versatility of the various buttons, screen and excellent color rendering of the same (see the shot without actually going through the pc), very good grip! High-quality video. We have toured parts of films released at the cinema!

Cons: It forces the purchase of high-end optics. Original optical medium is not compatible or enhance it! It broke after 13 months vita.Ancora warranty!

Opinion: Hold the canon 7d is a real pleasure, you immediately feel that you are dealing with a product of high quality construction! Pros: Construction, ergonomics, integrated flash, speed, crop factor, image quality, controls

Cons: For the band to which it belongs none.

Opinion: I used this machine for almost 2 years, and I must say that with the release of firmware 2.0 was like having in hand a new eos. The picture quality is excellent, start to lose detail by 1600iso up but it is up to usabilissima 6400iso enough to have a little 'forethought when shooting. The ergonomics are excellent and the materials used no coincidence that the 5D MarkIII repeats the full lines and materials. Fast in all situations since you turned on. Opt for a crop factor camera body like this rather than using a multiplier with ff. So I differ entirely from those who say that the 'aps-c is now the fruit. Stunning video quality at low ISO the far prefer both 5DII/III both 6D, of course, raising the ISO things change. There are those who want to equate the 70D but they're wrong for the following reasons. Machine body of other manufacturing, materials, much less customizable AF, image quality almost similar, much less reactive the 70D in all areas. For me the XXD series has had its phy up to 50D, as well as have become entry level plus.rn BEST IN CLASS category from 2009 to today.

Cons: for the use that I do not seem to me there is something missing perhaps the dual slot and the yield at high iso.

Pros: It has everything in his favor

Cons: Since I am not interested in the movie section, it is something that I find unnecessary.

Opinion: I replaced my EOS 30D in 2012 with the EOS 7D, the leap was significant from all points of view and with this occasion I also renewed the park ottiche.rnLa output of the sensor is amazing even at the edges of the frame thing very important to me that I prefer panoramic photos and architectural and the advantage of APS-C sensor is just the basic depth of field in my case, I add also the reduction factor of the sensor compared to FF which allows you to have more trips in focal according to the focal utilizzata.rnPer take full advantage of this machine it took me about a year since the infinite possibilities of adjustment (especially adjustments AF), as its settings are machine professionale.rnUno of the things that impressed me was the brightness and the sharpness of vision optical viewfinder with 100% even in low light situation you can not always understand what he's framing, but also the LCD screen 3 "is no joke, its clarity and veracity of the image and &serious, so awesome that I can not find a big difference compared to the PC monitor (IPS). rnPer regard to noise at high ISO, I have not found all of these issues set out in the various articles, up to ISO 6400 files are still quite clean and can be used (with a good PP greatly reduces the noise), I agree with John Fiorenzo that you have to make comparisons to print your photos in a professional way which of course I did, and believe me, the quality is very high even when shooting at high ISO, unfortunately the PC screen you can not see this thing and then enlarging the image are lost as many Mpix screens today do not support resolutions greater than 1920x1080P except some TV broadcasting images 4K.rnA my humble opinion, the EOS 7D remains a point of reference in the world of the APS-C and if you really want to make a qualitative leap in the highly recommend it, when you can use it to its full potential will give you excellent file. rn

Cons: NOTHING, if not at least for me, the unnecessary presence of the possibility of making movies: if I loved film, I would have bought a device specific ...

Opinion: my 7D, I replaced it with a 5mkII ... do not cry foul, but in short, for my needs, was much more powerful the 7 ... which, with the same demands on my part, has met many more parameters, than it did the 5 .... rncon the optical L there is a higher yield by 7, which is not the same mounted on 5 at least for those in my possession (70/200 f4 and 17/40 f4), I forgot for about 6 months, I had them both ... so I comparisons were possible on the field! The noise of the sensor is excellent and allows the creation of files of quality (who makes this kind of picture, discern the concept of quality in a particularly difficult given by lights Dancers ... and never abundant, however, with large imbalances, which know really put the whip systems photometric cameras ...) even at 6400 ISO, which are often needed in concerts Blues / Rock visceral passion of mine ... but the files, "to be printed" only print quality isable to allow a "radiography"! What also underlined below from "Uespone." The watch file to the screen (even on the best Pc), does not make ... and anyway you look at my pictures, the guitarist of all shots 6400iso, however in the same print are even better, try to credere.Inoltre the burst at 8 fps is indispensable: it is mechanically flawless ... the feeling of solidity is palapabile. Last but not least, the use of memory card "CF" if the canon read .... I highly recommend not to replace these cards with "SD" real "stop" electronic also on other machines (at least on Reflex) but rather, how does Nikon make, enter the double slot! In my experience, (I have a photo shop) is frequent, mechanical malfunction and the precariousness of this type of support ... even those of a "rank" and never had any problems with CF, even with the most "scacione" ... rnChe say more, than a car that is already present on the marketto believe since 2009 and never been non'è giubilata by subsequent versions, as it has been for other models, (the Eos 5 itself to make an example ...) who had doubts sull'acquistarla or less, do it without delay, aware of having purchased a car exceptional ... Pros: Spectacular body, the best among all the aps-c Canon on the market or not. Auto focus is set if a sniper with expertise and highly reliable. Sealing of the sensor in relation to the ISO / year of production. Viewfinder. Ability to customize and sealing

Cons: Cons I find it difficult to find without making comparisons (in my view not deserved) with other bodies (which inevitably would be FF).

Opinion: Resomi realize that you have reached the limit with my 30D I decided to do an intermediate step (before the final to FF) and that would give me the chance to get their hands on the best body Canon aps-c significantly improving the image quality . rnCredetemi, after so many years to take advantage of all the sensor and going (even more) of the 30D, I realized that most of the comments on the 7D were completely unfounded and probably made by those who use superficilaità the body that his hands . Having used a machine that has made school and that was spartan to say the least, picking up a car like the 7 it seems that the photo is from sole.rnrnSENSORE do: I immediately realized the potential of this CMOS soon as I (and with not a little fear, remembering the rumors) took a picture of a landscape in a bad light and to my nipota both 800 iso. I would have expected that the landscape had been doubly to throw (once for the light and the second for the high iso) and instead the detail preserved with a minimal post-production had a remarkable detail. Notconfuse ignorance with regard to clear room with demerits of the machine ;). Regarding the photo of my niece at 800 iso, though once I threw the now reduced to 15 mpx recovers very well the noise while maintaining the high detail. rnRipeto knowing how to post produce a shot decently is an obligation for those who seek quality in their shots though honestly speaking, the only thing I took away was the time of having to handle file considerevolmenti pesenti more than the rumor 30.rnAltra on the sensor of the Canon is the fact that "highlights the limitations of optics, etc ... etc ..." Boys, but this is not a problem due to the 7d is simply the result of the resolution. If an optical solves 10 mpx (or less with the bottle bottoms) do not expect to solve more with a sensor 18 (theoretical because of the read-out noise) =). rnrnMicromosso: Do ??me the favor. Sometimes it is better to have a solid and well made with maybe a aps-c that which allows us to bring home the shot that a plastic toy (5D1 and 2), which in the snow and / or frost there leaves piedi.rnrnVogliamo say that FF is better? Cons: shutter sound and vibration, noisy files that require careful post-production, suffers with poor optics.

Opinion: I own this car for a few months, bought used (practically new) to replace the 40D that has done its job very well for several years. Compared to the latter the improvements we've seen so far are varied: the best LCD screen and viewfinder, autofocus system much more powerful though quite complex in the development, improved performance at high ISO, more resolution, ability to control external flashes in wireless; gust faster and battery life definitely superiore.rnIl strong point of this machine is its versatility, even if their best in photography dynamics (sports, etc.), gives good results in other applications as long as use quality lenses and get some attention during the shooting, in the sense that probably due to the sensor hyperdense, daughters errors and defects of the photographer's lens can be seen in più.rnLa thing I do not like it, as with all Canon digital except 5D III and Series 1, is the shot: Too much vibration and itsno plasticky. If you are good you will be able to pull out of the 7D real oil paintings, acrylic or more than the photos. A car so maybe he should have a more relaxing and large viewfinder image, but we are at the piccolezze.rnCerto is that, in a world in evolution, reigns supreme culture of the last model. The reflex best is the most recent (makes less noise, has more pixels, etc ...). In fact most of these innovations are fake and are only used to hold the market. You have to see how the cameras are built, though. They can write a lot of innovation, but the quality is never written on features. If you pull too much risk of the blanket may find your feet. The Digic 5 do not need the flash of the night; well as the cat sees at night, but during the day it does not distinguish colors well. Pros: Ergonomics, autofocus, burst, exposure, electronic level viewfinder live-view video.

Cons: Sensor a bit 'too dense with shake-risk (but also a good chance of crop). Rn

Opinion: I use the Canon Eos 7D for some months now and I got to spremerla thoroughly. I must say, without a doubt, that is definitely the best APS-C produced by Canon until oggi.rnOvviamente can not compete with the professional SLR (Series 1) and even with the recent Canon Eos 5D Mark II, but is an excellent solution for photographers who have a limited budget but want to have some advanced features that the Canon xxD series xxxD and not offrono.rnQuali are the particular features that make it attractive? rnIniziamo by saying that it is a reflex solid, sturdy and well built. E 'in tropical climates (although not as series 1) and offers really good ergonomics: you hold well and all buttons for functions that are easily accessible ... a really well designed camera! Other interesting features are the electronic level (especially useful for landscape photos) and the viewfinder with 100% coverage. RNLA the high ISO performance is quite good, especially considering that it is an APS-C and not a fullframe. Personally I have gone fromor ISO 1,600 and, in certain cases, also at 3,200 ISO still obtain images from the acceptable quality. The 18-megapixel sensor provides good dynamic range and, combined with a light meter much better than the Canon 40D and 50D, gives great results. Since, however, a sensor very "dense" we must pay particular attention to shake still there and take in the safety times. A camera on the resolution so high forgiven little pairing with optics that are not good qualità.rnIn any case, what makes it really interesting for this reflex nature photographer is highly configurable and fast autofocus. Combined with a remarkable burst of 8 frames per second, makes the Canon Eos 7D a camera very suitable for taking pictures of movimento.rnUn 'other very interesting feature is the video mode. The quality of the films obtained with this camera is achieved only by expensive professional camcorders. As evidence of this, some scene holliwoodiano the film "The Avengers" blockbuster at the box office, were taken with the Canon Eos 7D.rnIn conclusion, although it is recently released (2009), the Canon EOS 7D is a good reflex and will allow to take excellent photos. Last recommendation: make sure you have done the upgrade to the latest firmware version. With version 2.0 have been fixed some glitches and enlarged some important features such as the duration of the burst, the automatic adjustment of ISO, image editing "in the room", etc ...

Pros: Versatile, recent and complete technology, excellent image quality, screen, AF professional level, ergonomics, price.

Cons: double slot, optical quality, it requires practice, it is not suitable for beginners.

Opinion: Probably the best APS-C market, camera does not happen to everyone, but present in the various gallery has given ample demonstration of versatility and quality. Requires a minimum of knowledge and their skills back into play, in a certain sense the ages, more and more sluggish by the continuous technological evolution of digital has carried the loads to the delusions of "noise", yesterday there was a war of pixels, file now love planed to 25,000 ISO. The 7D optical likes solving, marked improvement over previous 40D/50D with regard to noise management, iso 1600 totally manageable and it is also the type of grain to be more pleasant than previous models, the 3200 hold up with good usability if you exposes a duty, not rare good examples of expertly managed iso file to 6400 (pre-and pp). rnAncora recently, it has a quality / price ratio between migliori.rn

Cons: Noise at high ISO

Opinion: I am a beginner and I'm from a year of use of the 50D: I noticed an overall improvement, particularly in the dynamic rendering, colors (repeating the same step, with the same optical and alternating the two bodies)! For the rest of the camera for a novice like me it is simply a pleasure, from all points of view, if I find a flaw is in the noise, already at high iso, wanting then is easily removed in PP. Cons: Does not hold very high ISO, but then it is an APSC sensor, not FF.rnNon tropical

Opinion: I bought the 7D now 2 years ago and coming from 550 and is worth emphasizing the difference between the two rooms. Photographer mainly landscapes and photos on the road, but I'm just venturing into wildlife photography, and the 7D is absolutely perfect for everyone. For nature photography is the most appropriate FF, but since the price of most remain prohibitive, with the 7D you have a machine that is perfectly suited to pictures of all kinds thanks to its fast and accurate AF, the number of points and not just burst. rnQuando in the future will change it, probably will be for a FF, unless the mark II 7D not face a stir.

Pros: useful as a second body without having to spend too much. At amateur level is definitely a great car that gives some satisfaction both in quality and performance (8ft century there are many), but the only real advantage is the sensor that helps in the fields of natural and sporty, the increase in focal committed.

Cons: 18MP in a sensor aps.c are too many especially when they get the iso.

Opinion: I bought it twice ... just come out, but sold the x 5d mark2, then bought used with the new update that seems to have given a coat of quality especially nell'autofocus that was not excelled. it is useless to think that it can replace the first class even if it brings some Characteristics as the eight ft sec. and the central cross 2.8 x optical, remains a useful machine as a spare when you star light ox xchè canon wanted to overdo it by placing well in a 18 mp sensor half the size of a fullframe obviously a high iso (formerly 800) , shows all its qualitative limits, but x amateur use is definitely the best that can be offered without entering the profession. The video mode ... there would be no small talk, but presferisco use x photograph until they come out optics with autofocus is quiet and working without altering the light as you move the recovery in different areas. is still one more thing that can be used in certain circumstances.

Pros: Construction and excellent ergonomics, customization, excellent AF, 8fps, viewfinder, high resolution and quality 'of the image if abinata L in optical, video superlatives.

Cons: Unusable by ISO 1600-3200 in of, sensor too thick.

Opinion: Excellent 7D. This camera just hit 'was the ergonomics. It gives you that sense of security and solid. The feeling 'to get your hands on a glove. His 1000 settings allow customization to 360 degrees. Its viewfinder full of information helps a lot in composition and exposure. The 'AF 19punti all cross and' very precise and fast, and 'customized to your liking. The quality 'video excels. The real problem of the 7D and 'its dense megapixel sensor, which is why it is preferable to increase the threshold of safety times to get a good picture and no blur. The photos are raw one bit 'soft, slightly mixed with subjects in the distance, but everything' workable pp, reducing the image resolution. The dynamic range and 'good. In pp and 'easy to recover the white one bit' burned, less recoverable shadows. Up to 3200 ISO it works well (although note always a bit of noise even at low ISO), but exceeded this threshold noise and 'very obvious. Excellent resolution. Pros: Very advanced, fast autofocus and accurate enough, 8 fps burst, excellent value for money, robust body and resilience to dust and dirt. 100 viewfinder, HD video.

Cons: Yield at high ISO not up, noisy, produces files that need PP. Lacks dual-slot CF / SD that this body would fit really well being the flagship APS-C Canon home. Missing manual adjustments in the audio video recordings.

Opinion: I have used this body for almost 2 years and overall I can be satisfied. Definitely a great reflex that I recommend to all those who need speed and responsiveness, preferring the sports genre and / or natural. Personally I find it annoying having to resort to strictly pp, that this reflex is really a must. One of the limitations really obvious, even for the less demanding amateur photographer, is the noise and performance at high ISO, if you want to maintain a low noise do not exceed the 800 ISO. The build quality is very good, with a less dense sensor would be a "small" wonder.

Pros: Ergonomics adaptability. Excellent construction, tropicalization enough. Optical viewfinder with LCD fantastic. Good resolution. Perfect focus at all times and fully customizable. Cons: Resolution very good but not excellent at high ISO, however, managed to ISO 1200-1600.

Opinion: I'm really happy with this car! I would not change even with some FF! I have hit several features and improvements compared to net even professional models! I keep a lot to the visual display before shooting and the viewfinder of the 7D has played a key role in the purchase of the machine. The performances are excellent, they are almost useless if you do not really specialized for a photograph. The focus is really fun and I think that the decision to include a transmissive LCD has been fits perfectly. With regard to ergonomics, the car has each key in its place and it is a pleasure to wield it! In conclusion I can say is well known that Canon has designed the machine according to the demands of photographers and photo enthusiasts with varied requirements ... I would not change ever!

Pros: Value / Price - AF - Gust - Personalization - Egonomia - General quality image

Cons: Screen is not articulated - Yield ISO higher than 3200

Opinion: You either like it or you hate it. This would seem to be a summary of dozens and dozens of posts regarding this machine much discussed. There is one who is fully satisfied and those who say they have sold a few months later in despair. I belong to the first category. I own the 6 months, purchased on the Internet at less than € 1,100, I find it a body with a quality / price ratio amazing. I do not think it is the ideal machine for a pixel peeper because actually, looking at the images on the monitor at 100% you can not complain of slight noise even at ISO 100. However, if there are "satisfied" to look at the photographs to maximum print size (54.86 cm x 36.58 cm) then you will notice that the image is always clean, engraved, fully usable up to ISO 3200 (if properly exposed), and extreme cases, previous use of reduced noise, even at ISO 6,400 and 12,800. The noise is greater chroma (easily removed in ACR) to luminance occurs with much punctuationend (which therefore does not ruin much the engraving of the image). The burst trigger is fast, the AF 19 points and also focus on the cross are always comfortable and precise. In fact, the management of AF in AI Servo, with all the many settings available to it, embarrassing the less experienced user of electronics. With a little 'study and many practice tests are still unable to find the setting most appropriate to the subject to be photographed. Useful the possibility of "micro" lens, I have used the 50ino that, otherwise I would have thrown out the window as suffering from chronic front focus. Useful three customizable positions on the ring and in general the myriad of possibilities to adapt the car like a glove the way you photograph. The viewfinder with 100% 1X magnification gives a comprehensive view of the field that allows you to compose accurately. Objectively, the best APS-C Canon ever.

Pros: Autofocus, burst, viewfinder screen, metal body, customization buttons, management via wireless external flash, light meter.

Cons: sensor from the mediocre performance in the 1:1 magnification, low quality 'over ISO 1600 mode' Mraw / Jpeg to 10.5 megapixel poor

Opinion: The own for about a year and a half coming from a 450D. What can I say, impressive autofocus system than any model canon (excluding series 1d), 19 points ALL cross allow you to have high accuracy not only with the classical central point (as opposed to all the other canon). Many mode 'focus optimized for subjects both fixed and moving. Gust abominable, 100% viewfinder, solid metal body nice and solid schermino LCD with high resolution and good contrast. Has the chance 'to reprogram almost all the buttons and the ability' to manage wirelessly up to 3 external flashes! In addition, the light meter and 'actually very accurate white balance and almost always perfect. I do not comment on the video 'cause I do not care, I tried it a couple of times just for curiosity'. Now we come to the painful notes: sensor with poor performance in the 1:1 magnification, crop100 lack of detail and mixed that compels to make a down sizing to 10-12 megapixel (via photoshop) to finally get a crisp and detailed image (at the expense obviouslymax magnification). I also tried numerous times to make fine adjustments with my tele series L (70-200 F4 IS and 400 F5.6) but the story does not change much. In short, the ballyhooed 18-megapixel sensor seem more 'poster from Canon that real and effective marketing ... To complicate matters, there 'well that recompression internal Mraw / jpeg (10.5 megapixels) and' was made by dogs (as also pointed out by the user Mactwin review and on numerous Internet forums) producing a ' less sharp image of the same outlet 18 mpx and resampled to 10.5 via photoshop. No problem with the mode 'sRAW / jpeg to 4.5 mpx which produces a substantially identical to the same outlet 18 and then resampled to 4.5 via photoshop. As for increasing the yield of 'ISO for me behaves without infamy and without praise, up to ISO 1600 (then still reworking the image with photoshop) and' acceptable, no more than ... degradation of quality 'becomes too large and unrecoverable unless you keep the photo very small in size. CONCLUSION: If you are trainingautogenous autoconvincendovi the REAL resolution of 7d is 12 mpx and you do not have the need 'to push beyond ISO 1600 then the 7d and' definitely an excellent overall machine ... otherwise it 's better that you indirizziate to the flagships 5d and 1d.

Pros: AF, construction, operation speed, ergonomics, optical viewfinder, support UDMA, wireless flash control, video

Cons: Tropicalization not very strong, high quality with ISO not great, missing the lock button ring

Opinion: I have the 7D for about a year with satisfaction. The construction and ergonomics are at the top but I would have preferred a tropicalization robust. A perfect machine that anyone who loves wildlife, sport all about fast autofocus, high-performance and gust up to 8 frames per second. In my opinion is one of the 7D SLR market more complicated due to the sensor too thick. The RAW files at high ISO are not exceptional, they often require an experienced photographer working in Photoshop.

Pros: Strong body, excellent ergonomics, burst monstrous 19-point AF system awkward, bright viewfinder.

Cons: No slot for additional CF (it would be useful to separate from such raw jpeg. Difficult to set the camera to your needs.

Opinion: I purchased the Canon 7D a year ago and as they say love at first sight. In my opinion, Canon has hit the mark with the best available Autofocus (despite 51 points from Nikon). E 'extremely versatile, both for the powerful burst, both for the myriad of customizations. Sensor that gives details and color tones are spectacular. Personally, I like the high ISO performance. Pros: AF fast, customizable, good battery life, good for RAW images at 800 ISO, 100% viewfinder and live view

Cons: Yield at high iso useful commands hidden from the sub-menu articulated

Opinion: The 7D is certainly a big step forward for a APS-C sensor there are many advantages to 8 FPS burst from the ability to shoot high-quality video (as long as it is supported by all professional lenses), undoubtedly the price is attractive and 18 MPX fano throat but the limit in taking in high iso max 800 is not the best for a semi pro as the 7D. A 1600 photos are acceptable if you do a good job in PP and not everyone has the time or inclination to fix the background and so on. I notice a certain complexity in remembering the sequence articulated to set custom AF as the first point of the chase and the reported profit for the photo hunt but not immediate to program. Otherwise a fantastic car when combined with a FF format. I'd like an update of its "hidden menu" of the 7D and best performance at high ISO.

Pros: As already said by many a real rock, not 'a 1D but the construction and' excellent, very good size and sturdy feel, tropicalizazzione more 'than the height. Excellent viewfinder to be an APS-C with 100% coverage. Velocisticamente the best I've ever tried, even greater than 1DIII, thanks to the two DIGIC IV and support UDMA, so not only ecezionale a burst in RAW but longer stand-by practically absent. Price honest, even with the competition for a product that I can easily define semipro. AF Microadjustment.

Cons: Know enough about PP (work in IT so accustomed to the software) and I find the files in the 7D a little confusing, perhaps because of the resolution so 'high or just a sensor certainly not equal to that of a FF or a 1D . You have to be very accurate, "it clicks" and so avoid 'having to recover in PP too. Small adjustments to the RAW files make it possible for "solving" the shot in most situations. Filter AA a little intrusive, often shooting seems to be "soft" but the details are always very present. Learning time is not very short. The best of me now after 2 years of purchase. Almost necessary calibration Room Service or in the car AF. Showing a bit 'ups and downs, especially the MAF on distant subjects can' be critical in low contrast or backlight.

Opinion: Pros and cons between the best APS-C Canon, and Canon not only ... I have it now for 2 years and apart from a few too many sclerata and 'always behaved great, returning images of excellent quality'. Noise? Mah the grain produced by the sensor Gapless Canon and 'very end, which allows to maintain fine details in every situation. Lose some 'dynamic range above 2000 ISO, but after all the file is always very good. Of images for web (1200px) and on paper you always get good results (af sometimes dancer separately). Consigliatissima those who want something more 'evolved within the APS-C. For those who are 'novice or first DSLR better to wait, or take into account a lot and plan to take a very long time before you understand the defects and be able to meet the needs' of a sensor actually very dense, but with features from the first classroom.

Opinion: Excellent machine, in almost all shooting situations, excellent value for money, well built and very efficient. Not perfectly suited to the novice photographer that might remain puzzled by the numerous settings and configuration options. Mandatory for use with lenses of high / very high level for non incorerre in mediocre results. Personally, I am very satisfied (I come from 40D/50D and also 5D MK2) and absolute nothing to say the car is great, I noticed a certain unpredictability of results depending on the usage conditions, it happens to be displaced for good or evil on image quality than expected (again for better or for worse). Pros: Camera robust, ergonomically well designed (at least for my hands) burst setting possibilities, viewfinder with 100% coverage and a magnification 1, very important to me. Buffer emptying rate and # of shots in RAW. Appropriate price to quality, tropicalization.

Cons: Sensor too "full" some MPX (4/5?) Less does not hurt anyone. At high ISO can not find all this noise (maybe because I'm happy?) But the files are not easy, at least for me ... PS I do not use much and I'm used to the old 5d, to work with. Difficulty of finding the appropriate settings to the way I shoot, I find that the forwarding sensor is very sensitive to the "quality" and quantity "of light. A very low level of light but similar, the yield is variable depending on the situation and color to color: Sometimes it very well, others very bad and I do not speak only of the reds that are not very pleasing to the digital sensors but also of other colors. So I find it a very well engineered car at the level of recovery and not just "mechanics" but that does not give a lot of confidence and then when you are convinced of having "tamed" you realize that you still qualchecosa to discover. It 's true that not doing photo hunt (for which the 7D has been conceived), but sports and theater (then with large subjects) are not as well suited to review it.

Opinion: It 'a machine that would not recommend to those who are the first (and possibly the second) weapons, but I agree with those who say that it is one of (if not the) most successful aps-c Canon. If the second release semplificassero some settings and jumping off the AF even more precise perhaps it would be perfect. However I do not regret having bought and absolutely, in my opinion, coupled with 5 (MKI and MKII) form a perfect match.

Cons: sensor excellent performance at high iso low, jpeg processed by the camera just sufficient, intuitive configuration, meter just ok, use the flash requires a lot of experience tendency to overexpose.

Opinion: Use the 7D with great satisfaction from a year or so, the camera body, customization and usability is top notch as the quality and performance of the shutter burst and my memorizzazione.Il is used very wide ranging from landscape to reportage professional services (ceremonies, theater, fashion, etc.) and in some areas they come out the limits of this macchina.Questo is a sensor that brings out the best needs a lot of light, the exposure has to be perfect to the limit cut highlights, shadows otherwise closing the blacks take over the dynamic range is reduced by molto.I file underexposed details are mixed, oversaturated colors and a high contrast, recovery is difficult when shooting in raw and jpeg are bad . When you are forced to work in low light and you can not come up with the time of exposure above a certain threshold (reportage, theaters) unfortunately the sensor shows its limiti.Il maximum you can ask the sensor is iso 800 as a this sensitivity tolla minimum even slight underexposure files fall like quality when shooting quickly and almost instinctive it is not uncommon capiti.Per landscapes and portraits are also fine as ISO 3200 noise reduction in a selective and aggressive in case ' not affect the other risultato.L 'use with the flash is not the most accurate, in theory you can set almost anything, in practice the meter gives readings approximate in this field is still nikon imbattuta.Ho got to also use a 5D and a 1DMkIV, the 1D is impressive especially for the AF and performance at high ISO quality and quantity of noise, but it costs 3 times 7D.Tutto in all, the judgment is totally positive, to give the best this car has need to be known and lived and will not regret the money spent.

Opinion: I purchased the 7D just come out as an addition to my 450D: of course it was a leap of qualità.rnSono very pleased with the image quality, which I think is excellent up to ISO 800: from 800 up, drops slightly, but up to 2000 ISO is still ottima.rnAgli high ISO there is no comparison with the 450D, which has shaped the image like a cake: for the rest, the speed is his other great value, which makes it excellent for wildlife and sports photography. rnUno of the sore points of this much-discussed machine is the fact that digests only optical quality: for years I have used with optical "battle", in case I have not been able to appreciate the files that is capable of generating only engaging as the optical 100 macro (non IS) or 100-400.rnOra I also use it with the 17-40 and the 135 f / 2 and I must say that I do not regret (almost) anything for the FF.rnInfine, the construction is very sturdy and not has never had any problems, despite the ports everywhere and shots in all conditions, especially in the Rainswing, where the majority of my shooting macro photography: with a good cleaning after the session there are problemi.rnOccorre a bit 'of time before we know how to take full advantage and get good results, so do not recommend it as a first car for a principiante.rnrnDopo the release of firmware 2.0 and the Magic Lantern, the 7D body becomes an excellent machine for making videos: without BG is relatively light (for those who wished to filming on glidecam) and in any case the quality of the video is eccellente.rnHo made many videos with this machine : several have been used for educational purposes and use the 7D to make videos in collaboration with networks televisive.rnrnNon trust those who judge without really knowing the machine: only those who use it for work can do it, all the others are made by people absolutely chatter not competent.

Pros: I cover light, opportunity 'to manage external falsh, burst and liwe view

Cons: file too dense that they always need a lot of work, made a low ISO to 100 ISO really annoying often produces bad file, difficulty 'in the recovery of the shadows

Opinion: I bought the 7D for individual display to my 5DMKII, and I use it almost exclusively for bird and nature photography in general including macro, great for hunting camera, its AF is effective and almost sure when my old 1DMKIIN, the viewfinder is remarkable with its 100% coverage and the monitor has excellent readability ', is not up to the quality as 5DMKII delll'immagine but still pretty good, the burst of 8 FPS is OK personally recommend, fast, easy to handle and do not forget the value for 'price

Pros: High Resolution, Quick AF with 19 cross-type, Burst 8fps, Full HD video recording, Value / Price

Cons: Performance at high ISO, AF system area, Complexity of customization AF system

Opinion: The Canon 7D is the representation of the trend of Canon's "churn" specific machines and less heterogeneous direct competitor of Nikon. The 7D is a sports car, characterized by an AF system nevrile that allows to freeze the fastest of the subject, of course accompanied by suitable lenses and the right customization, without excessive effort. The 19 cross-type points and 8fps burst to allow performance crazy, always if configured. In particular, the Spot AF system is moving. The ergonomics of this machine is very pleasant, although Canon forget to put a Joystick on the battery grip and also definitely makes the work less hard sports photographers who make their speed must. The image quality is good and the 1.6X crop factor allows you to make the most of the telephoto lens. Seen in this way does not explain the price "modest" compared with the performance, in fact, is the trick. The AF rapid and nevrile is not very precise when using the system in the area and in the case of the system to 19 pointsautomatic priority to the closest subject is not always better and you have to give us a little used to it. A slight tendency to overexposure is nothing irreparable. All in all looks like a perfectly straddling the professional and semipro, it suffers from all the problems that accompany the APS-C sensors, high ISO performance in which you notice the loss of detail already ISO 1600 (still remediable in post-production) placing a limit of decency to 3200. Probably a couple of Mpixel less it would have made a wonderful machine and if it was accompanied by a FF sensor would definitely be a PRO, but would not have a price so affordable, which is why an advanced amateur will find it fantastic as a Pro will be satisfied spending is not excessive for the services it provides. As for the video capabilities Canon is the undisputed queen of the industry. In essence, the 7D is a machine for who knows what he wants and knows how to get it, at a reasonable time in the study of the complex buteffective AF system are achieved remarkable results, accept a reduced sensor and using some time to clean up the snapped file to ISO too high, in other words you can not have it all, not at that price. Remains by far the best APS-C on the market with the best quality / price ratio.

Pros: Resolution, General quality, viewfinder, ergonomics, Live View, Video

Cons: High ISO, Double Slot

Opinion: I own the 7D for a few months but I have already spremerla thoroughly in all possible situations and the first thing I would say is that it is a machine that does not excel in anything, but behaves in a more than decent in all situations. I pulled it to 6400 and it was good defense, it is certainly not the 5D but I'm happy, I've got done landscapes and portraits and even here the 5D probably the bat, I was able to photograph sports, perhaps with the 1D I obtained the best results, I made video, I've got that picture of wildlife, in short, I've got done everything and more that has always acted with dignity! The things that are missing for me are definitely the second slot, now I would say that it has become indispensable especially for a 18MP camera, and then does not satisfy me at full quality at ISO 100 though once printed photos the "grain" decreased significantly; for the rest I do not feel the lack of adjustable screen, in my opinion too delicate and not as useful as it may seem, I feel many complain about the performance at high iso, but I sincerely I am satisfied also because, as already mentioned, once printed the grain is greatly reduced (especially on glossy paper).

Pros: I bought the Canon Eos 7D to make photos Naturalistic especially for its amazing features and fast 8fps burst of focus, for this kind of picture in my opinion is the perfect machine! Obviously this is a semi-professional APS-C sensor crop, which has a good quality / price ratio. Do not underestimate the multiplier factor of 1.6 x optics that on telephoto lenses from a big help as it creates disturbance to those who make use of wide-angle pushed. The viewfinder with 100% coverage gives it a touch more professional machine. do not forget the possibility that has to do also good HD movies in 16:9 format

Cons: The noise at high ISO (up to 800 you start to feel) but just do not overdo it too much with cut-outs of the images. The lack of an additional image format to 16:9. rnDa October 2010 to today I had to update the firmware 3 times, this can also be seen positivamente.rn

Opinion: I'm not a pundits of cameras (Nikon I used in the past) but I'm convinced I have guessed the choice. The Canon EOS 7D is equipped with a fine technology, over time it also appreciates the ease of use. To take advantage of the burst speed recommend the Jpeg format. The raw format is very cumbersome and in the end the difference with the jpeg is not striking. It has excellent battery life, then if itself with the Battery Grip is a photographer for a week in a row. The weight is considerable and for this reason the immediate expresses the sense of robustness. The advice to all photographers "advanced amateur" and demanding, coupled with the Zoom Canon 100-400 L IS USM (the "massacre of shots" of birds and animals is ensured). RnrnDi recently (18.08.2012) I updated the firmware to version 2.0.3 with no problems, I confirm, therefore, that all the expectations of improvement came to fruition. rnrnVOTO 10 +

Pros: Hyper reactive machine, with functions and class performance. The double digicIV makes it as fast as any other APS-C. File extremely good (especially when combined with optical solving). Super configurable, very reminiscent of a small number "1". Excellent price / performance ratio.

Cons: To give the best of optics requires solving (and expensive). Noise at high ISO this (but nothing tragic and in any case better than their predecessors APS-C in spite of the increase in resolution).

Opinion: After 400D, 450D and 500D the jump was great, but having had the opportunity to work with a 1DMKIII often, I had a good measure of comparison and in this sense the 7D was a pleasant surprise. I must say that is a body that never lets you down, always ready, even in situations of acute stress. The noise at high ISO so much talked about, often vanish simply resizing step at Mpixel of the machines used in the comparison, or going to print, in any case it is better than any body has the predecessors. Sin'ora has never been a problem, even in prints with generous dimensions. The extreme personalization that is attached, may, however, lead to erroneous assessments. It 'important to be masters of the sophisticated AF system, which gives the best of optics "rank", as the sensor reaches easily the very dense "Diffraction limit" of the lenses cheaper. The widespread among users in these areas, is clear on the success of this body the excellent price / prestations, however, must be put into account the purchase of expensive optics for maximum benefit. In a future MKII I'd still have a lower noise at high ISO (already so still usable in many situations), a second slot for CF, fourth slot "C4" on gerahs prncipale and dynamic range still a little wider. Finally, all 19 AF points are cross already more than enough, but given the specialization of this body, I think it's also possible to do better, especially optimizing more contrast sensitivity of the center point. Machine is not recommended for beginners or those with little experience, needs a bit of study before reciprocate with great satisfaction.

Pros: excellent body, excellent compromise between lightness, strength and ergonomics. Optimal operating speed and excellent performance of autofocus if well configured

Cons: noise and banding at low iso files and very low tolerance in the recovery shadows in the post as soon as more fully

Opinion: ultimately a machine evolved from the point of view of the functions of the body and speed and very pleasant to use but produces loud and soft files that require a post "realized" in raw but comtempo very good in jpeg especially at low iso. I would say a machine suitable for photo amateur sports where the overall speed and quality of the jpeg files at low iso is good and the macro where Mpixel bring benefits in detail and in the crop. Less suitable for landscapes and nature photos in low light where required time-consuming and medium and high sensitivity because the high density brings with it problems of noise

Pros: Ergonomic - versatile - quality images

Cons: noise high iso

Opinion: For almost one year shooting with the 7D and except the high iso, I find monstrously good. The lens with a serious and taking the whole set to 0'm good. Artifacts preset files that do not help produce.E 'mvero produces noise at high iso but all in all for an APS-C content. I do not know is my opinion but I find it really good, then it depends on the kind of photos that someone intends to do. You can not expect from a sensor APS-c of this magnitude light sensitivity from FF. Again best semi pro market. I highly recommend.

Pros: Price, AF system, burst, viewfinder, UDMA

Cons: Sensor too dense, af inaccurate with a distant subject, file heavy and not very workable in post-production, digital noise evident.

Opinion: It 'a nice SLR but the 18-megapixel sensor has its limits, file heavy and difficult to work with. Af sometimes inaccurate, especially in distant subjects. Value / price, features from series 1 of APSC SLR. With a less dense sensor would be perfect ... a few months ago I replaced it with a 1dmk3 and it's another story.

Pros: AF, burst

Cons: Noise

Opinion: Currently, in my opinion, the best machine on the market for wildlife, better than the 1D Mark IV: the multiplication factor of the APS-C sensor is an advantage too important to do without it. From 800 ISO up is a bit noisy, the yield is acceptable up to ISO 1600, use the 3200 ISO unless absolutely necessary. AF great for photographing birds in flight. The Full HD video now consider it a must.

Pros: AF precise and lightning-fast course with the right optics, excellent dynamic range and resolution, 8 fps, full HD video, in my opinion the best APS-C Canon has ever offered, and at a very advantageous price!

Cons: Certainly improved the performance at high ISO, which still remains manageable until 3200.

Opinion: I replaced my 30D with the 7D, well the leap has been truly remarkable, a burst really fast, just looking for without having to spend but inflated figures for my pocket! 18 megapixels (which allows very large prints) and the crop factor of 1.6 X are great for photo hunting, I tested the 7D for the macro and also in this field is quite remarkable, with right lenses eg. 8-16 sigma or 10-22 canon is also wonderful for landscape, recently I'm using for portraiture with a sigma 85 f / 1.4 (which replaced the excellent Canon 85 f / 1.8) the results are truly excellent ! I can say without a doubt that this 7D widely covers the needs of any user, even PRO, in the field of Canon APS-C in my opinion has no equal.

Pros: Probably the most innovative Canon machine, complete with every possible function and well built. Exploited in optimal light (studio) and / or close-up pictures. Great AF tracking (applies only to servo) Lightweight and customizable, excellent viewfinder. Battery with excellent battery life. Affordable. Fair performance at high ISO, higher than previous machines APSC Flash with Master Good video

Cons: Sensor bad, one of the worst ever made by canon, too dense, made "real" than sensors with far fewer megapixels. File no detail and sharpness than the resolution (but also in general) with long distance shots. Noise (grain) to any value iso, the file needs a working over. AF too variable in one-shot and click on objects that are not neighbors, is easily confused (AF points are quite large). Tendency to overexpose. Low resilience in the shadows. MRaw file (mjpeg) obviously less defined and detailed downsize made by a computer. Lack of second card (necessary element for professional use).

Opinion: If Canon had used a sensor with a lower density and a module af slightly more accurate (especially in one shot) would have been an almost perfect machine. The excessive density makes little usable in all conditions in which a similar machine should offer maximum. The magnification provided by the digital density (not the crop) calls for higher shutter speeds to avoid shake, increasing the shutter speed is clearly leading to demands for more iso consequently to a decrease in detail as they climb . The filter AA of the sensor probably affects of his anyway hardly manage to get files cleaned and etched as on other machines if not with the use of optical state of the art and shots light and optimal times and contrasts well defined, in which case the sensor provides a definition exceptional. Most users heavily influence the Sharpen filter, intervention disreputable that degrades the quality of the photo. One of the best APSC on the market, one of the worst sensors on the market.

Pros: AF, burst, viewfinder, live view, various customizations.

Cons: Suffers a bit 'high ISO and files that churns are not ready

Opinion: After more than two years of experience with the 30d I decided to upgrade to 7d. It 'was a really good jump, once set up correctly the AF is fast and accurate, fantastic across the board. Almost always use the point expandable to cross. Body, handle, viewfinder and live view are nothing short of amazing, even the video capability is excellent. Empty the buffer so fast and the monitor is accurate and larger than the 30d. Convenient button to choose the mode of focus and customization of various machine settings. The noise at high ISO is the only thing I did turn up a little 'nose, maybe it's the fault of the sensor is too thick, I would have preferred a car with 14mpx but less noise.

Pros: Resolution, AF, Burst, Screen, Live View shooting with silent

Cons: performance at high ISO

Opinion: I bought the 7D in October last year, after two years experience with a Canon 450D. The leap from 450D to 7D was impressive, professional body, burst monstrous, even the shutter sound was fantastic compared to the 450D. Using it in time, I realized that it is a reflex exceptional, even if the sensor is quite busy and quite noisy, to be honest, I have not seen many improvements over the 450D in terms of noise at high ISO. I would have preferred 2mpx less, but more than a cleaning and etching exceeded 1600. The rest is a machine which I highly recommend.

Pros: AF impressive if used in the right way and with the optics, fast burst at 8 FPS

Cons: Poor recording of the sensor at high ISO, quite noisy, not intuitive to configure to have the best performance. AF point selection Automatic or zone focus despair.

Opinion: Use the 7D as a second camera to photograph birds and wildlife for about a year thanks to the convenience of the burst at 8 FPS and Crop factor 1.6x. First you have to lose a little 'time to study the manual configurations of personal' AF and see what actually changes on the field, but if you set gives good satisfaction to no end. Unusable mode automatic choice point or area: 90% of the time err fire (also huge and static subjects such as Mt Paterno). Wonderful function point AF and spot AF point expansion: extremely accurate. The noise at high ISO (well this to 400) but there is not a tragedy, what makes me very disappointed in the engraving is very low up to ISO 1600. Removing the noise the detail is mixed unlike what happens with the 5D MkII. Personally I try not to ever push beyond ISO 800. I would have preferred a 12 Mpix but with a good recording up to ISO 1600. The colors of the RAW are markedly duller than those of the 5D mkII. That said, I hope it comes out soon because I consider an upgrade this machine only a good starting point: the 7D is definitely a concentration of tenologia and quality of an APS-C never reached so far, but Canon could do better for instance by lowering Mpix and privileging the quality of recording at high ISO that often has to be used for sports, animals, birds .... photographic genres for which this machine is used by most.

Pros: Excellent resolution and dynamic range, fast AF, 8 FPS burst, video, live view, good value for money.

Cons: High ISO performance good but not exceptional, non-articulated screen.

Opinion: I bought the 7D as a second body to be attached to my 1Ds Mark III, and over time has become my main reflex. The image quality is the best you can currently get on APS-C, and is close to that of 1DsIII. The live view with "Silent Shooting", which can replace the mirror lock up, is a valuable aid in macro photography, the video quality is great, although I have used this feature less than I had previsto.rnAutofocus fast, good burst and good value money have made one of my 7D SLR favorites! In future updates, I hope to see a further improvement at high ISO, swivel screen like the 60D and dual-slot CF / SD card.
