Sono nato a Roma e dal 1981 vivo in Alto Adige, con il vantaggio di essere immerso nella natura a pochi passi da casa. Fotografo esclusivamente soggetti naturali con predilezione per la macro di fiori ed insetti. Circa 15 anni fa, insieme ad un gruppo di amici con la passione in comune per la fotografia naturalistica ho fondato l' associazione "Strix" che accomuna una 90ina di fotografi e della quale sono stato presidente per quasi una decina di anni.
