Genesis LPH-30 Pros: Material quality, lightness, aesthetics, ease of use, good flow (12 Kg) Cons: The supplied plate is unavailable. I contacted the manufacturer but it is not sold separately, you have to use regular Arca Swiss plates with central legs. Opinion: Great head, diameter ball more than adequate for normal use with canvas (my weighs 1.4 kg). I only find it incredible that there are no additional plates equal to that provided. The model that precedes (6 Kg) and following this (LPH55) features a different Arca swiss design that is standard as this in particular has four legs at the four corners that hold very well and give a lot of security but there is no possibility of acquire them individually. To be considered if this model is of interest. sent on November 28, 2017 |
Pentax SMC DA 21mm f/3.2 AL Limited Pros: Compact and light, AF. It goes totally unnoticed, focal ideal for street. Cons: Dim (the compactness comes at a cost), not great considering it's a hard. Expensive if bought new Opinion: LA His strength is in being is almost invisible to the camera. Highly recommended to those who have bought the 01 to have a very compact and light enough system. Excellent build quality. Barrel distortion contained, almost no chromatic aberrations. Overall not a knife but a good lens for a variety of photographic genres. Recommended. At the time of writing it has been replaced by the HD version and then is found only on the used market. sent on March 22, 2016 |
