canon_100-400iiCanon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS USM II

Pros: Sharpening at all construction focals Af very fast focus distance

Cons: A little bit of weight, but it's !!!!!

Opinion: After having 70 200 L smooth 70 300 L is usm I took the 100 400 L 2 fantastic !!!!!!! L I have taken for a year for MotoGP Superbike motorsport races etc... but because of covid I couldn't test it with races. In 2020 I tried it with birds fauna etc and I find it exceptional very fast with my 90d and I am very happy about it. Built very !!! the weight is felt almost 1.6 kg compared to the 1kg of the 70 300 L but the performance both optical stabilizer and speed of the Af pay off abundantly. Great telephoto lens in all senses satisfied !!!!!!

canon_100is_macrolCanon EF 100mm f/2.8 L Macro IS USM

Pros: Blurred sharpness tropicalized stabilizer weight

Cons: lampshed a little long

Opinion: After testing the sigma 105 macro lens great but af noisy and slow I changed it with this canon 100 L 2.8 macro and fell in love with it. Quite light compact tropicalized silent and precise a lens that gives me a lot of satisfaction. I often use it freehand in the macro and I can take shots of insects without micromosso with its stabilizer and it gives me a beautiful blurry. I use it with a 90d and it gives me a lot of detail. I tried to do portraits as well and find it excellent even though it's a 2.8 I really like. Goal that I definitely recommend

sigma_105macro_osSigma 105mm f/2.8 Macro DG OS HSM

Pros: sharpening quality price

Cons: noisy and slow focus

Opinion: Target sigma 105 macro had for 50 days what I liked sharpness excellent blurry good construction a little plastic but good for the price it costs. What I didn't like noisy and not very precise slow focus. Replaced with canon 100 2.8 L (other thing) tropicalized 100 grams lighter excellent sharpness with sigma It is difficult to see the difference from one to the other blurred excellent more precise quiet and fast in focus and coast!!!!! If one takes shots on the drivestand manually focusing as most people do the sigma 105 is fine and spends less. If someone like me goes around with the montain bike and takes macro photos on the fly with freehand stabilizer the canon is better in everything and misses less photos. Sigma I recommend it but first try it !!! canon top but other expense:

canon_90dCanon 90D

Pros: Resolution and sharpness, burst, touch orientable display, comfortable joystick,AF, 5 macro point focus solutions, single, and 3 zone, ergonomics, price quality, infinite battery.

Cons: high iso ,double slot

Opinion: I come from an 80d even if I wanted to switch to a FF or reflex or mirrorless but in doing so I would have lost the CROP 1.6 effect. Since the crop I need for the photographic genre that I do I decided for the 90d for ergonomics af for sport Fauna etc. I've tried mirrorless them even if they give you advantages but with ergonomics I didn't find myself there if you then mount a canvas are unbalanced. Compared to the 80d the differences I noticed are the joystick very comfortable to move the point the handle more hollowed out more comfortable with my hand resolution from 24 to 32 more detail and you can cut more the photo in the PP phase without losing sharpness more burst to 10 per second af faster . Videos I have never made even if this has 4K is something I do not care about. Reflex that I have for 5 months and I am satisfied although unfortunately the isos on apsc even if they are improved on this version (but little stuff) do not work miracles. If you shoot in good light no problem if you cross iso 3200 we are not there because of the noise. The battery is as endless as the 80d you can stay out a whole day taking a myriad of raw photos and arrive in the evening with still 50% is endless!!!!!! never had trouble staying dry. the 90d with 32 px needs very firm and valid lenses as L series and I having some fixed lenses and the 100 400 L 2 I find a winning pairing . Price quality I find it good with what it gives you. The double SD would have been a plus although I honestly didn't miss it. Machine that I definitely recommend.

canon_80dCanon 80D

Pros: Ergonomics, battery.mirror points af 45,monitor snoode ,settings menu, robust.

Cons: Iso over 3200

Opinion: I had this Reflex for 3 years and I have to say that I was satisfied and then move from a few weeks to the 90d. Machine that gave me nice satisfactions in track motogp superbike car etc. with 70 200L f4 then 70 300L f4 5.6. Af pretty quick to hook for one that passes by a base reflex is a nice leap in quality. Battery of 10 and praise I did a day in misano taking 2700 photos in raw with stabilizer active only vertically with 70 300L and I arrived in the evening with 40% inexhaustible really!!!!!! Robust Reflex and that absolutely advice .

canon_70-300lCanon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 L IS USM

Pros: Sharpness, portability, barrel structure, fast AF, stabilizer.

Cons: Price a bit altino.

Opinion: I like the races of MotoGP superbike cars etc. I started with the Tamron 70 300 VC USD good price but from 200 to 300 not much. Changed with the Canon 70 200 F4 smooth a notch above in detail lens barrel light FANTASTIC lens!!! An L series. Since I was always a little short on the track with the 200 with my 80d I opted for the 70 300 L is. Same sharpness, detail, AF fast to hook the subject as the previous, with 100 in more barrel at the tropicalized top is 4 stop. I am satisfied with the purchase and I really like it I find it excellent even the blurry. I recommend it also for a generic use or for a trip given the weight not excessive is very versatile. Great NICE LENS!!!!

tokina_11-20_f2-8Tokina AT-X 11-20mm f/2.8 PRO DX

Pros: Sharpness, robust, general quality, F 2.8 constant

Cons: Distortion A11 manual af nut.

Opinion: Excellent lens coming from a Canon 10 18 STM no comparison. Sharp, even in the corners and fantastic barrel structure a tank. Only thing distorts to 11 is the Dial for AF manual not really comfortable. Lens that I recommend absolutely even six I personally do not like the wide angle for the type of photos I do however when you use it do appreciate landscapes, in the city, even with the indoor flash Christmas tavolate etc. being a fixed 2.8 on the whole focal.

canon_70-200_f4Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L USM

Pros: Construction, sharpness, colors, weight, precise and fast AF, value for money

Cons: Is but I don't feel the need

Opinion: Lens that I have for a few months, mounted on my 80d I can only say to find myself really well. Coming from a Tamron 70 300 F4 5.6 VC USD, good too for the price that costs but the Canon 70 200 USM F4 I find it a span above for sharpness, fast af is not mistaken a shot, built well, fluid rings, weight and handling, and not for nothing is an L series. Sometimes I find a short hair if I shoot in the circuit MotoGP car superbike etc. But if they are available, or for general use, is a lens that gives good satisfaction. Of the stabilizer sincerely do not feel the need clicking on objects in motion or with times of safety. What to say!!!!!!! Great lens I recommend!!!!

canon_efs10-18isCanon EF-S 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 IS STM

Pros: Quality price, light, stabiliser, economical.

Cons: Aperture 4.5, plasticous, distortion at 10 11, a little dark, plastic attachment, lens hood not supplied

Opinion: I had the Canon 10 18 for 5 months, although for the price paid it is not bad (being cheap) I was not completely satisfied and I sold it. Attached to my 80d the first thing I noticed in the photos was the little brightness, a little dark, the sharpness is quite good, plasticoso very light and one thing I did not like was the plastic attack. If you want to spend a little is fine but I have replaced with a Tokina 11 20 2.8 Pro DX that costs more than double but as a lens is a whole other thing. Sharpness, Luminosissimo also indoor photo, massive construction and quite heavy. The Canon I recommend to start and if I have to give a vote gives 7.5. Being a basic lens at that price you can not expect more.

canon_efs_17-55_f2-8Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM

Pros: nice lens, sharpness, stabilizer.

Cons: a little expensive, good construction not at the top, hood to part distortion to 17

Opinion: it's the lens I use the most for the focal versatility in my kit. With my 80d makes me very good photos both indoors being a 2.8 that outdoors very clear. There is no comparison with the standard lens 18 55 the bottle bottom. even if a little old is very good and for apsc is the top. I had the sigma 17 50 2.8 before that costs less than half and that's okay but that tended to make a mistake a little more the focus with respect to the canon especially in low light. Great!!!!!

lowepro_prorunner200awLowepro ProRunner 200 AW

Pros: well done, robust and not too cumbersome, rain cover. Door stand or monopod

Cons: nobody

Opinion: I have both the 200 aw then I took the 300aw and I'm happy with both. the first is great for someone who has little equipment for the first steps is very well made beautiful padding and I find it convenient so you take it off and when you open it you have everything at your fingertips. On the shoulder it feels very little comfortable the rain bag that is in my opinion I find it very useful and also the bag for tripod or monopod. The 300 aw is the same as another with 3 holes more and 10 cm long and a hair longer larger . This is heavier but there is all my equipment canon 80d, tamron 70 300, tokina 11 20, 50 stm, 17 55 2.8, flash 430 RT, plus all cable hoods etc. I use the 200 if I leave home something 300 if I take it all. excellent all 2

tamron_70-300vcTamron SP 70-300mm f/4-5.6 Di VC USD

Pros: excellent quality, price, stabilizer ratio.

Cons: nothing at that price

Opinion: Having 18 months I can say that if one wants to spend the right quality price without fainting and go on a bianchetto 70 200 f4 with other prices I find it very valid. Coupled first to my 550d canon and now 80d at the mugello with the motogp I made some nice photos. It has a 4-stop fear stabilizer that locks the image and helps a lot in shooting in motion. I do not use it much for the long focal length but the straconsiglio. great

canon_50_f1-8stmCanon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM

Pros: beautiful colors, light, cheap, great for portraits, blurry

Cons: At that price no one. Stm sometimes misses the focus.

Opinion: target 50 1.8 stm great especially to make half-bust portraits that with my 80d being apsc becomes an 80. Detach the subject from the background and it is there that opening the diaphragm at 2 - 2.2 gives a nice boker. beautiful colors and bright, I did some tests with my 17-55 2.8 canon placing at 50 obviously the same settings and the same photos are more beautiful and brighter and more detail (it's a fixed). Even if the 17-55 defends rather well it comes very close having the versatility to get to the wide angle 17. lens to have in the absolutely.
