Sigma 17-50mm f/2.8 EX DC OS HSM Pros: Very sharp. Lightweight and easy to handle. Cons: AF system is not reliable. Build quality. Price too high. Opinion: Probably due to the poor quality control of the Sigma, my copy has a broblema back focus, easily solved on a 7D with the AF fine tuning. It also presents another problem sull'AF: If you use the center point and then make up the scene, easily gets out of focus. To work around this problem currently compose the scene first and then choose which AF point to use. A significant problem that will force me to send assistance in the lens. For all these problems would not recommend it to anyone, despite the sharpness is really at the top. sent on October 25, 2011 |
Sigma 70-200mm f/2.8 EX DG OS HSM Pros: AF fast and accurate, easy to handle and stabilizer with an excellent quality / price ratio. Cons: A little 'soft when using a fully open aperture greatly enhances already closing in just 2/3 stop. Opinion: I bought this lens recently and found it to be just great, with excellent sharpness and luminositò. I find it very easy to handle and with a professional look. Definitely a perspective of quality with a very competitive price for all advanced photographers or for those who can afford the more famous series Canon LPS am also very pleasant bokeh. sent on September 29, 2011 |
