La Lancia Aurelia B 20 in versione Coupé fu costruita dal 1950 al 1958 in 6 differenti Serie. Esistono anche vetture allestite in piccolissime Serie da altri preparatori come le Carrozzerie di Pininfarina e Vignale. La 6° Serie... questa visibile in fotografia... fu costruita nel biennio 1957-58 ed era dotata di un motore con 6 cilindri a V di 2531 cm3 erogante 112 cavalli di potenza che portavano la vettura fino a circa 180 chilometri orari di velocità massima. Questa 6° Serie è riconoscibile per i piccoli vetri deflettori anteriori presenti sulle portiere... mancanti nelle precedenti Serie.
