It's been a long while since I went out with my camera to shoot some birds. Yesterday I went to the beach to test my luck. I only had one hour... I spotted this lonely sanderling and took a few shots. Chasing this bird was fun but didn't get me close enough so I decided to lay down on the beach and wait for it to aprouch me. This stratagy payed of! Only downside... a wet pair of jeans, jacket and pretty cold at -3C.
