Though I had since forgotten about this shot, which was taken on the morning the lens was delivered and I was trying it out, once again, with bright sunlight hitting the front element of the circular fisheye at a certain angle, created this 'ring of light' around its circumference.
Again fully exploiting this, I went for bold black and white. It's a really quite ordinary scene in my home town, not an immense cathedral or mighty forest, but it does show potential. |
