It wasn't an exposed spot, Ann, quite a pretty place actually, - the weather was really brewing through and you can see where the edge of the bank WAS!

No doubt you guessed that this was with the 10 stop ND filter - and the light on the left grasses was sunlight, nothing to do with the edit, though the black and white conversion did help.

I'm thinking of posting up the colour original too. (perhaps)

No - I wouldn't have known it was a 10 stop ND filter - as yet I have no personal experience of ND filters and only sketchy knowledge as to what can be achieved with them.....
I realised it was sunlight but thought it had been enhanced.... The colour would be interesting to see but I suspect I would prefer this one.
