Old Figure cut into the chalk hillside, in north Wiltshire. Fantastic light during heavy rainstorms, during a 25km walk today on the ancient Wessex Ridgeway, next to the active military part of Salisbury Plain. Yes, I got wet, but it was worth it! Weather provided lots of good landscape photos.

Light and stormy clouds at the top. A treat the horse.

Thank you again, Ann. It is always rewarding when, despite the weather throwing everything against you and the length of walk that only silly people even think of doing, to come home with a pleasing image. Suffice to say, I had taken probably about 30 shots of this Horse from various positions, then the light does this and the rest all come futile.

Thank you so much Caterina - I'm so glad you like this - the light management and exposure has much in common with some of your stunning images.
