con Canon EF 2.0x III, 1/1600 f/10.0, ISO 1600, hand held. Specie: Alcedo atthis

Primo mattino, capanno mobile, sdraiato a terra, crop 50%...finito con i mignattai, mentre smontavo l'ottica dalla reflex, mi si posa di fronte questo martino. Che avreste fatto? Uno scatto non gli si nega mai...;-)

And thank goodness that is on the fly, well done, despite the large total focal length (1000 mm), the use of F10 you allowed a perfect pdc, demonstration of technical mastery.

Thanks Anthony, the bottom is very far from my favorite color, but I'm happy because I could not wait martini in that place for months ;-)

And I do not really see martini!
Congratulations, this series is amazing.

Thanks for the ride, the martinis are fairly easy to find, you have to look for bodies of water (even small) calm and without algae or floating vegetation, where there are small fish or tadpoles. Once you have ascertained the presence, you can place a single roost on the water, height 1 5 m. After this, forget the place for a few days (the time it takes to make that martinis are beginning to use it continuously).
Place the shed at the right distance for your SLR-coupled optical wait and confident, you will definitely visit ;-)
