Woman in Marrakech sent on September 28, 2013 (20:56) by Clara. 25 comments, 2849 views. [retina]

at 85mm, 1/60 f/8.0, ISO 200, hand held. Marrakech, Morocco.

Thanks to Ale, Brie and Fabio!
I'm glad you enjoyed this portrait.
This woman I liked it for its simplicity and am happy for the way in which, nicely, we have "spoken".
In this case, even not understanding anything .... we understand!

For sure it's a portrait of the strong impact, I am not sure if I like the cut so narrow that you have chosen. I like rather a lot of complicity that has been created between you two. I find it exciting that nearly two people, in this case two women of very different countries for customs and culture will embrace and understand the fly with only a fleeting understanding that I assume gestures and looks .. ... photos which are very sharp and detailed. Thanks to Fabiana, Siro and Mauro.

For Siro.
The original of this photo has a wider cut. I chose the version because I wanted to crop ravvicinanare more the woman's face.

very nice and interesting post, good sharpness (even in this perhaps too strong, and maybe even a little risky to the crop, but tastes are indisputable) ;-)

Thank you! a bit 'that guardardando photos qs site I wanted to get faces on which "pull out" so many details. This and that of the old man, in my opinion, lend themselves own.

For the corp has been a choice ... get even closer to the face of this woman seemed almost to get even more in touch with her ... I do not know if I can explain ...
Thanks
Clara

Beautiful story, beautiful portrait.
I do not like tight portraits, but here we wanted everything.
Particularly beautiful are the colors (and with you .. God forbid) and the frame formed by the fabric.
Best wishes

Giuliano

Thanks to Julian, Robert, and Charles Except for appreciating this photo.
Even for me, says Julian, the pink scarf surrounds the face. With the wider framing this effect was lost.
See you soon
Clara

Thanks Carmelo!
What also struck me in the face qs were wrinkles and skin particular, enhanced by two tattoos.
I believe these are the strengths of the photo.

Thanks Ingy. I'm glad you enjoyed this photo. For me it was very nice to share this moment with a woman so far away from me for religion, life and habits.
