Castel del Monte - Andria sent on June 09, 2013 (21:15) by Afrikachiara. 8 comments, 1145 views. [retina]

at 24mm, 3 sec f/8.0, ISO 100, tripod.

(fonte Wikipedia)

Of your last ten pictures, this is the one I like best. It 's really a beautiful castle seen in the frame of the silhouette. Bravisima.

Thanks Joseph! It 's the first time I've posted different versions of the same subject, first of all because it was difficult for me to choose "what" and then because I wanted to offer, friends of the site, alternatives to the observation of this monument, which for me is great !
Thanks for appreciating this shot that was party to be the only shot that I posted, then ... working working ... I have come others! :-)
Bye-bye! Chiara

You have done well and we just have to thank you for this virtual trip.
It is a magical place is out of the question and what is written in the presentation strongly emphasizes.
It 'a unique construction that is unmatched in the world and you can only equate to other sites mystery, steeped in symbolism, but of an entirely different shape.
As I told you, I too, although young graduate student, then still ignorantissima, I was left dazed and subtly disquieted ... it was as if irraggiasse a network of ineffable forces, a spell that imprisoned the thought.

Very nice here your interpretation of the forces which flow together from nature and from the stones.

Thank you very much Dody ...
Very nice here your interpretation of the forces which flow together from nature and from the stones.
These are the words that excite me ... I can therefore say that, finally, I was able to communicate what I believe to be the "soul" of Castel del Monte!
Thank you thank you thank you!
