Continua il mio racconto dell'Himalaya nepalese con uno scatto relativo ad uno dei tanti momenti indimenticabili che ho vissuto. Era uno dei giorni di acclimatamento per salire oltre i 5000 metri di quota, quindi ero fuori di buon mattino a camminare per abituarmi all'aria rarefatta e fotografare le montagne intorno a me. Una delle prime cose che ho notato di quelle quote è che il clima e l'atmosfera cambiano di continuo. Non fai in tempo a fotografare delle condizioni di luce particolari che subito ne escono fuori altre. Ero infatti a scattare una foto completamente diversa da quella che si vede, quando guardando sul monitor della camera noto dei colori strani in cima ad una montagna in lontananza. Alzo lo sguardo e c'era questo halo meraviglioso, creato dalla rifrazione della luce solare sull'aria ghiacciata di quelle quote. Inserisco immediatamente il teleobiettivo, e questo è il risultato! Ho ancora molte cose da raccontarvi di questo viaggio, ma la cosa che accomuna ogni foto è l'immergersi in un mondo sconosciuto agli occhi dei più, e di rendervi partecipi delle meraviglie che si trovano lì fuori.
