Come ho descritto in didascalia nel precedente post su Bermeo l'attività principale è la pesca e di conseguenza i ristoranti intorno al porto sono privilegiati e ricevono giornalmente il prodotto di qualità superiore il 'pescado fresco', su questo ho un consiglio da dare a chi si recherà in questo paese è in generale nei Paesi Baschi, se avete voglia di fare una bella mangiata di 'pescado' ricordatevi di farlo a pranzo, cosa che io non ho fatto perché lo volevo fare a cena, errore madornale, la sera i locali non effettuano il servizio di cucina, tavoli pieni di gente ma solo per bere e non c'è stata la possibilità di trovare un ristorante che avesse la cucina aperta. Mi sono chiesto se fosse normale, la risposta l'ho trovata nella presenza di centinaia di persone che avevano i tavoli pieni di bottiglie e bicchieri il tutto senza servizio al tavolo, nessun cameriere da pagare e super incasso assicurato. Le immagini si riferiscono al paese visitato nel pomeriggio.
