Thanks to all xi comments, presented the raw color noise, but I found a workflow for denoise perfect for the 5D mark 3.
Obviously the shooting phase is crucial in this case I have set out on blacks, helped by weather conditions (the difference between light and dark was limited), in ps use layer masks to light and shadow and bottom. I open the plugin topaz denoise I apply it in the preset raw light (with some manual correction), except for the web and I reduce. I open the jpg obtained with ps and use of new topaz denoise, this time in the preset jpg moderate (again with manual changes to eye on the preview). Fund the 2 levels and a step wire unsharp mask.
In some cases such as this, the result is astonishing ;-)
