La Caldera de Las Cañadas è un luogo magnifico e unico, si tratta di un altopiano desertico a 2300 metri di quota ai piedi del vulcano Teide e, nonostante sia una distesa di sassi e ceneri vulcaniche, ospita una varietà di forme di vita a dir poco spettacolari! Tra queste spicca il Tajinaste Rojo, un cactus che si copre di un'infiorescenza rossa, prendendo le sembianze del cappello di un elfo ? Tutto questo spettacolo di forme e colori, incorniciato dalla Via Lattea estiva che brilla in uno dei cieli più bui del mondo, è una cosa che rende irrinunciabile un'escursione notturna nel Parco del Teide, soprattutto per gli appassionati di fotografia! L'immagine è composta da una panoramica di 5 scatti verticali con l'ottimo fisheye Zuiko 8 mm f1,8, uno degli obiettivi migliori per realizzare panoramiche a mio parere!
