Barriera di separazione israeliana: si tratta di un sistema di barriere costruito da Israele in Cisgiordania, a partire dal 2002. Nel giugno del 2002 la Knesset, il parlamento israeliano, votò il progetto di costruzione della “grande muraglia moderna” per separare la Cisgiordania da Israele. Si estende su un tracciato, di oltre 700 km, ridisegnato più volte a causa di pressioni internazionali e consiste per tutta la sua lunghezza in un'alternanza di filo spinato, muri di cemento, posti di blocco, fossati e torri di controllo.
