, 1/500 f/8.0, ISO 1000, hand held. Samae San, Thailand.

#LifeInThailand #ThaiPeople #Essiccazione

The happiness of inserts and microorganisms :-D
Proof that the obsession with hygiene of the Western population is not as useful as it is imposed by our Western civilization.
Beautiful photography !

Looking at these racks in an upright position a question arises, how do the anchovies not fall? It's not that when they are spread out while still damp, they remain glued until almost completely dry! As always, your shots document the habits and customs of these people in the best possible way! Congratulations for the great shot Fabio! Hello and have a nice day

Looking at these pylons in a vertical position a question arises, how do the anchovies not fall? It's not that when they're still damp, they stick together until they're almost completely dry!

Great question and correct the answer you have already given yourself... After being boiled, still wet, they are laid out on the pylons and kept for a few hours in a horizontal position (which takes up space), then they are moved (to free up space) on the pier that you see in the photo where they can be arranged vertically because they have already somehow "glued" thanks to the sticky damp derived from cooking... and so on...
As always, your shots document the habits and customs of these people in the best possible way! Congratulations for the great shot Fabio!

:-)
Thank you very much John.
