Chi fa astrofotografia a Capodanno, fa astrofotografia tutto l'anno (speriam!). Quando la sera del 31 ho visto il cielo abbastanza pulito non ho esitato a sospendere i festeggiamenti per impostare il tutto e avere abbastanza segnale prima della mezzanotte (quando puntualmente l'aria si è impregnata dei fumi dei botti). Si tratta di 271 scatti da 8" (36') per raccogliere le emissioni più deboli, e di 151 scatti da 1" per preservare il nucleo della nebulosa (successivamente stackato a parte e inserito nel file principale come livello al quale è stata applicata una maschera), oltre a 50 scatti dark ciascuno. Per la post-produzione sono andato un po' a "sentimento", ci tornerò in seguito facendo uno stacking con Siril. Software: DSS, Photoshop, Starnet
