la montagna inviolate- molti anni fa alcuni tentativi di salita ma non riusciti per la difficoltà della parte sommitale - la montagna poi fu dichiarata sacra per il Nepal e così nessun uomo solcò la sua cima aguzza (in realtà due cime tanto da essere definita coda di pesce (in lingua nepali Machapuchare)
