Tipica abitazione pastorale dei Supramontes della Sardegna. Capolavoro di architettura pastorale d'altri tempi, il cùile è costituito da uno spesso muro a secco perimetrale con funzione di contenimento e da una copertura lignea che assolve alla funzione di riparo e contemporaneamente dissipamento dei fumi del focolare che si trova al suo interno. L' abilità del costruttore stava proprio in questa arte: il fumo doveva fuoriuscire dall'interno ma la pioggia non doveva entrare. I materiali adoperati per la loro costruzione erano sempre reperiti in loco differenti a seconda della zona di ubicazione. Questo in particolare è tra i più belli dell' intera Sardegna, costruito intorno al 1950, è tuttora utilizzato dagli escursionisti come punto d' appoggio per bivaccare.
