Un altro scatto da Lanzarote. Si tratta di una valle vulcanica famosa per le sue coltivazioni di viti. Sull'isola piove pochissimo così l'uomo si è ingegnato e ha scoperto che la cenere vulcanica trattiene l'umidità notturna e permette alle viti di crescere anche in questo scenario lunare. Le piante sono nascoste dentro veri e propri buchi nella cenere nera sormontati da dei muretti che proteggono le coltivazioni dal vento. Risultato di tutto questo lavoro sono dei vini bianchi veramente buoni! ;)
