I'm glad to hear that this kind of job is welcome. I like to "give or, better, try to give a pictorial tone" to these macros set taking advantage of the pastyness of the 70/200 VRI, definitely a little out of the box and therefore not immediately appreciable.
Thank you so much for the ride.
A greeting.
Mark.

This is also very beautiful and interesting! Those branches on the top right disturb a little the background that is magnificently pictorial.
Congratulations,
Alberto.

You're perfectly right Alberto, the branches screech in the picture. In fact it was not going to publish it (and I did not, it is only on my profile) but only load it for a limited time in order to understand what the post looked like from other monitor, but in the meantime I received comments and then I left it there. These are experiments I do to try to find something different other than the usual photo of colored trees in autumn.
Thank you for the visit, as welcome as ever.
A greeting.
Mark.

I really like Marco, at first I wondered how you had to get that effect in the background then I read about the "pastiness of the 70/200 VRI" which I find to be very pleasant. Beautiful colors and blurring management that give the photo a pictorial effect as you've been looking for. For the branches already said Alberto but, probably, you had no alternative ;-) , congratulations

Thank you Sergio!
Yes, the old 70/200 VRI has a very but very nice blur, especially at close distances it is very pasty with a decadence of sharpness towards the edges that make it not so suitable for the landscape (which I use anyway cropping the edges slightly) but absolutely great for portraiture and these set macros. In practice, I exploit his... imperfections to draw something good.
Thank you for the visit.
A greeting.

You say, "not immediately appreciable"? Misery, in my opinion it is a photo with a considerable impact, which immediately strikes. Very beautiful (apart from those sprigs already mentioned that, however, can be "sweetened" in post).
I repeat, very beautiful for me.
