Dopo una breve camminata verso la Baita Segantini, vista la giornata estremamente nuvolosa, io e Alessandro ci siamo diretti verso la cima del Costazza, una piccola cimetta accanto alla baita, forse 150-200 metri più su. E passata quella mezzoretta abbondante, per la salita con le ciaspole, il cielo si era annuvolato ancora di più, si era scurito, e sembrava che il tramonto ormai non sarebbe più dovuto arrivare. Perciò ci siamo lasciati alle foto con il tele, per fotografare qualche dettaglio, qualche cima assieme alle nuvole, quando dopo quasi un'oretta che eravamo li, fra vento e un maledetto freddo, il cielo si aprì. Mai mi sarei aspettato di vedere un simile spettacolo durante quella giornata. Un pilastro di luce che scendeva dal cielo, qualcosa di veramente inaspettato.
