Personaggio singolare Nanga re.

Thanks Marco. In fact it is what attracted me in Nanga (do not know the real name).
And 'he is looking for a photographer who can accompany in his wanderings. If anyone is interested ...

Character singular well taken .... the composition this time is right for me :-D blurred colors also is great ... I wonder how it would come the background with a diaphragm just more closed ... the light is not the best in terms of spectacle but nevertheless I find the right ...
The shadows in the eye in my opinion that's okay ... it was all on fire maybe you could open them a little ..
Hello Ale.

So ... the fire is mysteriously slipped from one eye to another ... :-D
Seriously, I love this portrait. The light is a bit 'hard but finally marries well with the subject. Good cutting and the detachment with the background. The red bracelets catch too much attention but it's not a problem because I would see this portrait the perfect black and white, with a nice contrast that accentuates the sharp light and the angularity of the face.

the subject is interesting and that in itself gives points to a portrait.
the composition seems good and right eye (left side for the viewer) does not bother me, indeed
great the blurred and agree with the decision to open the maximum aperture

The composition and the subject are worth the shot, I would have cut a little on the side of the back and over to the fire apart from what you have said since the subject would have closed af 4 or 5.6 I see it as a person who is good all On fire...

The composition is good, the character is able to communicate with the viewer in an exemplary way, the look, though blurred, is deep.
I run the shots so different, slightly closing the diaphragm and increasing the focus, in order to avoid distortion in wide-angle (almost wide-angle).
The light is not the best, but there is.
Instead, what I like is not confused background, but I guess you could not do it in laying somewhere with a better background :-D
Marco.

lighting management so-so, but interesting subject.
Focus flawed ruined the success of the shot, the hand as crisp than the rest it draws attention.
I think this is one of the errors that you can not afford in portraiture!

Maybe there are some areas a bit 'too much in the shade (eyes and the shadow of the hat), but the photo is well composed and the subject makes its beautiful scene, too bad for the development not exceptional fire. However for me a good portrait.

The story is already interesting to her. At first glance it looks like a period costume, maybe so. The fact is that the expression is interesting and also the hand posture. Light is a duretta thread but I think not clash considering the character, however, the shadow of the hat is perhaps too sharp for a portrait of the canonical ones. To the eye ... then already you know I do not add anything.

Hello,
I dare to speak my mind, although I think it is a great portrait
shame for the dominant eye in focus, but it is not a great loss,
I think if I had adopted a more pdr a thread from below the expression would have gained in importance.
That is already commands respect as well, but if the observer had had the impression of looking from the bottom up, the expression of hardness and than would be amplified.

Hard light highlights the signs of the time and his life.
I like, work and intensity of the portrait.
The fire is wrong ...

I've already admitted you and then for a portrait composed as that eye muddy It is a fatal mistake :-D
For a picture like to have a more functional background you have to climb focal least one 85 or 105. ;-)

excellent composition, hard light in this case is not a point against the photo, but stands out all the wrinkles of the subject, giving it even more a feeling of lived.
I tried to convert it to b / n ;-)

With respect to the focal length used, we say that we are about 53mm; a longer focal length Arci, surely it would have been desirable, but would require a greater distance from the subject.
The context and crowding me not permit it.

With a 85 if you could not do even three steps back I understand that, unless you have a focal 85 understand it as well.

I have the 80-200 f / 2.8, but I do not go around casual walks. There I had the 35-70 f / 2.8, but the road was narrow and the people so much.
Then the guy did not know him, I've done before I could, before He sent me to hell ... :-D

In my opinion the main problem, as mentioned by others, is that the eye in the foreground is in focus. For the rest seems well composed and with a good background.

The only problem is the maf .... otherwise it's a great picture, well composed. I'd like to see it in b \
to emphasize wrinkles
