Non ho esperienza diretta di Adobe sui raw Fuji. Certamente Capture One si comporta bene, ma non lo scopro certo io.
Io in realtà mi regolo anche prendendo in considerazione altri due fattori: l'obiettivo che sto utilizzando e la luce che c'era quando scattavo.
Ad esempio questo scatto non ha alcuna modifica, è direttamente il jpeg in camera (io ho impostato la mia macchina per avere sia i jpeg che i raw), ma in questo caso c'era una buona luce ambiente e stavo usando il 35 che ha una QI migliore del 18 che è quello che uso solitamente:

Oppure questo che a parere mio necessitava solo di piccolissimi interventi (davvero minimi, roba da 30" in tutto) e che quindi ho leggerissimamente modificato agendo direttamente sul jpeg utilizzando GIMP:
