.... But we photographers very often forget this, because we are attracted more by the technical aspects and the aesthetics of photography, rather than by its content or its message....

I have read very carefully your profound analysis of the degradation that often accompanies the daily life of each of us. And I'm not just talking about environmental or socio-cultural. How not to share what you've said? The photo gave me a strong emotion, almost troubled me that lost look of the child staring helplessly at your goal. Dramatically sad and effective this proposal of yours. Chapeau!
bye gios ;-)

Thanks again Gios, I did not even imagine the strength of this photo and the fact that it would be able to excite so much. I'm amazed too! When I took it I did it instinctively, only after I pulled out what for me was its meaning, reflecting on myself and the affair. Greetings Francis.

A story really very well told from every point of view, both in the photo and in the caption, I agree with you when you say : "but we photographers often forget this ...", congratulations Francis.

Thank you Rodema, for your visit and for your welcome comment. It was difficult to tell the full contents of this photo. If I succeeded somehow it is thanks to the caption. Also because it is not a photo artfully built to tell the story of the child, but a simple snapshot. It is then her story that came out of the photo and the context in which it was taken.
