P.S.: anche la D4 ha dei limiti, questa era una foto a mio parere praticamente impossibile per lo spostamento repentino del soggetto in un piano diagonale rispetto al sensore, quindi né parallelo né - al massimo - perpendicolare, dove l'AF avrebbe probabilmente trovato l'aggancio. In sostanza hai fatto il possibile e questo è meritorio, ma se il risultato è quello che conta allora torno alle prime 2 righe scritte

....E allora? Forse che non te ne eri accorto da solo? C'era bisogno di sottolinearlo e continuare a farlo con puntigliosa pignoleria in seguito sfociata in una sterile polemica? Non sono forse imperfettamente a fuoco sull'occhio QUASI TUTTE le foto dei soggetti in volo, tanto più se si tratta di foto praticamente impossibili come la tua? Eppure vengono giustamente pubblicate, vuoi per la rarità del soggetto, vuoi per la particolare bellezza della posa (come nel caso della tua ghiandaia) o semplicemente perchè l'autore le ha ritenute meritevoli di essere condivise e commentate. Se si dovessero pubblicare solo foto che soddisfano ad ogni criterio di perfezione tecnica nel sito ci sarebbero ben poche foto di soggetti in volo.
