15 agosto 2023 l'undicesimo giorno del mio viaggio.. dopo una bellissima colazione nella sala da pranzo dell' Hotel Hesselet in riva al Grand Belt decidiamo di passare una bella giornata nel meraviglioso parco del Castello di Egeskov non molto lontano dalla cittadina di Nyborg. Il Parco è enorme: presenta un ricco orto botanico ed un parco giochi per bambini e ragazzi con vari percorsi attraverso gli alberi secolari; E poi c'è lui l'affascinante castello di Egeskov, tuttora in parte abitato ed in parte visitabile con una notevole collezione di trofei di caccia e collezioni di svariati tipi di oggettistica. La giornata sarà in gran parte uggiosa ma nel primo pomeriggio il cielo si squarcia lasciando passare i tipici fasci di luce del nord Europa che esalteranno il rosso dei mattoni del castello. Sicuramente una gran bella giornata scandinava da ricordare sia per noi che per i nostri figli che si sono divertiti molto nelle animazioni del parco. Buona visione.
