Mi stavo lamentando con gli amici presenti al momento della foto, delle difficoltà che s'incontrano ad utilizzare il 600mm ,per la ridottissima profondità di campo ,in quanto per avere una foto con la MAF decente su tutto ,o quasi, il soggetto occorre chiudere almeno 4 stop rispetto al 500mm ,a discapito della luminosità ,tempi di scatto ecc.. E' una ottica eccellente ma la sconsiglio per le foto sotto i 15 mt. a seconda delle dimensioni del soggetto (in questo caso ho innalzato l'ISO a 1250 grazie alla fotocamera che ha una qualità buona anche a queste prestazioni) ma quando riesci nell'impresa di focalizzare bene i risultati sono eccellenti , lo sfuocato prima e dopo il soggetto sono incredibili ,come i dettagli con mancanza di difetti di ogni genere che normalmente affliggono le ottiche .

@ Francesco Sestili , non so quale sono le tue impostazioni della fotocamera in fase di ripresa ,io in genere uso neutro con valori a zero , una cosa che non ho elencato nel descrivere precedentemente tra i pregi e difetti del 600 è il fatto che tira dentro un contrasto e colori incredibili , le prime volte che lo utilizzavo ,scattando la stessa immagine contemporaneamente con degli amici ,vedendo il risultato e messo a confronto con loro (medesimo corpo macchina) mi chiedevano se avevo impostato la fotocamera come Standard invece era neutro con gli stessi parametri a 0.
Questo scatto risente della luce calda del tardo pomeriggio in quanto è stata realizzata alle ore 18,38,02 del 11/072012, per quanto riguarda la saturazione ,in questo caso ho utilizzato C.S. 4 ed è di circa 10 punti e in alcune parti della foto ho agito togliendola in un modo selettivo in quanto risultava eccessiva , classico della piumaggio ricco di colori . E' ovvio che la foto con dimensioni ridotte e salvata con modalità per web acquisisce maggior colore ma se vai a vedere le foto che ho inserito , anche della ghiandaia , in HD il risultato è molto diverso perché non è salvata col l'opzione salva per il web . Questo fotogramma non necessita di un crop ma di un ritaglio per la composizione ,perché è quasi a formato pieno , utilizzando ottiche fisse non puoi avere sempre l'inquadratura ottimale e per ricomporre la foto necessita spesso di ritagli a meno che hai il soggetto in posa e con tutta calma componi la lunghezza focale adeguata con i vari duplicatori ho utilizzi uno zoom
Ho visitato la foto della ghiandaia che hai postato è un bellissima foto ma io vedo sopra una dominante rossa/gialla che "appiattisce" tutti i colori è ovvio che aumentando la saturazione viene ancor più compromessa , spesso influisce il luogo e l'ora dello scatto ma dato che spesso la fotocamera non è in grado di compensare occorre interventi in P.P.
