In Marocco il tè alla menta non è solo una squisita bevanda ma rappresenta, nella sua affascinante preparazione, un segno di ospitalità, amicizia e tradizione. Aziz, nella sua casa nell'oasi di Fint (Ouarzazate), ci ha reso omaggio della sua maestria nel prepararlo.
