1/80 f/2.8, hand held. Pushkar, India.

Riot of spices and colors as your style. I also like the way to go in depth with your shots to look moods, feelings and way of life of the persons and places, in short, a detailed account of almost a chronicle. Compliments.

Let's say that the focus is the food and then there is the color great.
The photo but 'also summarizes a reality' "hard", "raw", made me poverty 'and humble things.
So then the black and white would make it even more 'dramatic if only you could see for this'.
I incline for a b & w "high" -
cmq is a nice snapshot
compliments michela
ciaooooo
ps:
I try to give my interpretation

if you do not like the gate

Hello dear Michela! A few days ago I was looking at my photo album in India, an album from the early '80s, and I realized that ... the colors are gone! Wow wow! Let's say that the photos have faded and, therefore, review this shot so bright, colorful and timeless, I brought it back in our minds and in our hearts! :-( :-)
I could go back ... 8-)
Very good as always and a dear embrace! ;-)

Photo itself simple but full of meaning of life lived, beautiful colors and sharpness, in short, a picture that simple as well as performed becomes strong and expressive value as a document, good .. hello PierGiorgio

A great shot of reportage, real and natural, an extract of life in India that you described so well
Started in the caption. Beautiful bright colors that you see and tell of indescribable scents.
I also see an excellent image quality. Michela talented!!
B & w version also can tell her, but I would see with the deepest blacks and the reading would be a key
More dramatic. So my preference is the color version that best speaks to us of that 'India that welcomes you, if, as you said
you do receive.
Congratulations! Hello, Luke

Dear Michela me hooking as expressed by Afrikachiara. India is perhaps one day it will be like in his pictures without color.
It is a nation that is undergoing historic changes, dictated by the economy so similar to China and many other Asian nations, wealth is erasing the world that you have brilliantly represented with this photo.
Jealously guards photos and memories because maybe the next time you go in India you will not find this market but skyscrapers and souvenir stalls.
Regards Vincenzo.

PS I vote color.
