Continua la mia ricerca di usi e costumi ....qui è ancora molto diffusa la tradizione di fare il pane in casa una volta a settimana ed esclusivamente con lievito madre e senza utilizzo di attrezzi che facilitano la preparazione... ovviamente neanche da dirlo la cottura viene effettuata su forno a pietra.
