London's (and the UK's) Police Force carry no firearms, and will even pose for selfies! This pair of Police Officers also shows the diversity in its modern personnel, with a black woman who also might not be the most young or athletic either. Behind them is the famous "Speaker's Corner", where people debate loudly on any subject they like. The police had only come to the area to check an abandoned motorscooter, not to check what topics were being 'debated' or to talk to any of the hundreds gathered to listen.
