Thank you Wally and Riccardo and Satish : ) Wally I was taking down facing static shots of other birds when this one flew out in front of me about 10-15 meters away. I panned up but the OR/VR/IS was on and the light was bad so I unfortunetly missed the chance of what could have been a very nice in flight shot with the snake in the Kookaburras beak. At least I saw the area where it landed. Had the snake in it's beak for at least half and hour. I moved on before it started to devour it's prey. There are 2 Kookuburras in that area and they may have a nest around somewhere.
