These are the statists based on the photos published on the online galleries of JuzaPhoto. Of course I don't own all these lenses and cameras - many of these had been loaned by friends or CPS; I have highlighted in yellow my current equipment. About once a year I update the page; I think it is useful both for myself and for other photographers to see the cameras and the lenses that I use most.

Nowadays, my workhorse it the Canon 1DsIII, it is still not on the top of the most used cameras list, but it is only because I have it since less than one year, while I have used the 20D and the 350D for more time. ISO 100 and 400 are still my most used ISO sensitivities, but now I use a little more even 800 and 1600 for wildlife, and whenever possible ISO 50 is my standard sensitivity for macro and landscapes (it has 1 stop less dynamic range than ISO 100, but it is even cleaner).

I have replaced the Sigma 180 with the Canon 180...bad choice: I have spent 1200€ and it has exactly the same image quality of the Sigma. Anyway, the Canon 180 is now my macro lens :-) In the past I have tried a lot the TC for macro work, but now I almost always use it without teleconverters.

This year I have not used a lot the 600 f/4, while I have really enjoyed the 300 2.8 IS, that I often use mated with 2x teleconverter. In many trips, I prefer to carry with me the smaller and lighter 300 instead of the big 600. For landscape photos I have used a lot the Canon 24-105 and the Sigma 12-24, that I have bought as replacement for the Canon 17-85 and the Canon 10-22.

The Nikon D70 has been my first camera, and after about one year I have sold it and I switched to Canon, with the 350D. In late 2006, I replaced the 350D with the much better 20D, a camera that offered excellent quality at an affordable price! I take the majority of my photos either at ISO 100 (for macro, landscape) or 400 (mainly for wildlife).

The Sigma 180 Macro, Canon 600 f/4 and Canon 17-85 are by far my most used lenses.
