Please choose a clearly recognizable title for your e-mail: I receive every week hundreds of spam e-mails, if the subject of your e-mail is not clear it might be erroneously classified as spam and deleted.

Usually, I reply to e-mails in two-three days. If you don't receive a reply, it is possible that I'm away from home and I can't read your messages: I'll answer as soon as I come back. If you don't receive any answer after one week, please try again to send the e-mail.
