Nature Photography by Juza

This section of JuzaPhoto contains a wide selection of articles about the most important aspects of nature photography. You can read the articles sequentially as a book, or you can read just the articles about the topics that you find most interesting.

There are aready many books about photography, but my series of articles is different for every book printed on paper: the "electronic" medium allows to continuosly update and improve the content, to reflect the evolution of technology and to provide always up-to-date, reliable and accurate information.

The articles often refers to Canon cameras and lenses, since this is the brand that I use and I know better. Nevertheless, the majority of the concepts holds true for every brand - Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Pentax or wichever you use.

Equipment And Technique

Being able to create an artistic image is not enough: you must also master the technical side of photography, to get sharp, well exposed images. The articles contained into this chapter explain how cameras and lenses work, and how to get the best results from your equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions And Short Articles

These short, easy to understand articles give the answer to some frequantly asked questions, with step-by-stop explainations and many examples. Other than that, this section includes short test that shows how equipment work.

Equipment Reviews

I publish mainly the reviews of the equipment that I use, and some other interesting cameras and lenses. I prefer "field reviews", based on actual use, rather than studio tests. Usually I write the reviews one or two months after buying a tool, and they are updated whenever necessary. To use an instrument in the field for months of years is the best way to understand its strenghth and weaknesses.
