Best months : All year round for most species, Humback whale migration takes place between the months of May and November, mothers and calves inside the bay during October and November each year.
How to get there : About 2hours and 40minutes drive south from Sydney. Plenty of day trips from Sydney that include a dolhin or whale watching cruise.
Visits : Commercial vessels have various prices for various cruises, there are also park entry fees to access some areas
Notes : Pristine condition, beautifal clear waters that are very popular for SCUBA diving, white sandy beaches. Jervis Bay was listed as having the Whitest sands in the world by the Guiness Book of records some time ago.
